Think about Reagan. Guy won 49 states and basically dragged this country out of a decade of crap but looking back it's rewritten history about how he was a warmonger, personally hand delivered crack and AIDs to people. He was the most popular President of my lifetime and a massive unifying force after but the sliver of crazies from that time became today's journalists, so they dictate the messaging 40 years later. You have to think who is in journalism schools now and think where they will be 20 years from now and I'm not hopeful but maybe the generation after them.

This picture, and the one where Trump and Biden are shaking hands, has Trump leaning in towards Biden, so that Biden doesn't have to.
Call me crazy but Trump's body language is that of someone who has immense respect, care and admiration. Whatever happened between Biden and Trump in the background was a wholesome thing for both.

I believe the rumours that Trump was devastated with the debate vs Biden and hated the people who forced him out there because of how Trump's father suffered from Dementia.

Trump seems to reference Biden's party in attacks and not directly Joe Biden anymore. I don't know, call me autistic, something nice happened between these gentlemen that transcends politics.

This is a double-edged sword. I know a lot of people who got service jobs when they were young and it turned them into lefty nihilists.

waiters, bartenders and strippers have a completely fucked view of the economics of their job because its essentially opinion and all of their reference points are unreliable. not to mention their wages exist within a special exclusions from the rest of the service industry and they're given privledged conditions over their payment - for better or for worse. the reality they live in and make money in is entirely fantasy based posturing and exclusionary so they're ripe targets for lefty nihilism

Didn't Tucker say on his podcast recently he'd be a terrible fit for press secretary because he's come to a point in his life where he can't not tell the truth and he hates reporters with such a ferocity that it would interfere with his ability to do his job.
