She is really focused on us thinking she's faking autism and I don't really remember that being the case. It was more the issue of -- Why? Why shop for an autism diagnosis as an adult? She's beyond school and even beyond work so she doesn't special needs accommodations. But she is using it to not work, and mooch off the government, which is what people pointed out.

You can have autism and be a functional member of society, she sees it as a hall pass to fuck off from responsibilities.
