Dax Herrera is only funny or charismatic to incels and closeted fags. I suspect you’re both.
The fact juju has an audience at all has always been surprising for me. During the earlier days of the sektur right after the lolsuit he would always pop up all over so I tried watching a few episodes of his show and it bored me to death, and that was pre-pedophile enabling.

On the subject of Kayla cheating on Nick prior to swinging, it is possible. He neglected her for some time and Kayla was already unstable and seemed to be using various substances to deal with her issues. Kayla has unhealthy coping mechanisms and ran with Nick in the same scummy circles.

As for Nick's worst day, it seems to be more related to family over Memorial Day weekend. At first he didn't think whatever happened was a big deal, then it got worse, then it was crushing before he later downplayed it as a mere dark moment in time after distancing himself from them. Responses to infidelity generally don't follow that progression. Kayla was a great "support" and Nick distanced himself from any concerned parties (first locally, then incel prudes online). Infidelity may be involved, but what seemed to bother Nick the most was how people local to him were reacting to whatever happened.

Kayla's possible sexual and/or emotional infidelity could have happened before the swinging took place, but given their established definition/use of the term "monogamous" they have both poisoned the well somewhat when implying or outright declaring "infidelity" within their group. Nick already recently broadened his definition of infidelity for some reason...

"Um, actually, if you've ever even looked at another woman whom you thought was attractive, then that's infidelity. Something something 'lust in your heart' Bible verse from Matthew or whatever. So, you see—you're all just as guilty as you say I am."
"But, hey, nobody's perfect. I've admitted to my sins, and you all have yours... so let's just call it even."

Am I too cynical?

Does anybody know if it's standard procedure for the cops to recover anything that's been deleted while searching a device?
Fiddler Fatrick may be a retard, but I suspect even he would DFE in a panic.

At least with the cases I'm familiar with, it sounds like most jurisdictions will do a holistic dump of a device (Cellebrite) and then comb through absolutely fucking everything about it relevant to the investigation, including what was deleted by a user. In the Karen Read case, the cell witness for the defense testified that they did a slightly different procedure but went through everything the user deleted.

Generally speaking, if you have a suspect, you're really interested in whatever they fuck they want to get rid of, especially around the incident in question.

Oh, and FYI Melton, whatever information you thought you were able to get insight into with Aaron? Maybe double or triple that level of detail for what the cops will be able to pull from your devices. :story:

I was thinking to myself earlier, IF/when pedo-Melton actually gets investigated and or charged and him and Aaron go to trial, would Cuckholtes lawyer be able to get discovery on all messages on the electronic devices pedo-Melton used during the possible crimes?
Like let's say all deleted logs of group chat mentioned by pedo-Melton which might include persons like Crack ghoul, Ralph and Daxipad named by pedo-Melton himself to the public on few streams even before the "work".

When Nick popped into Eric Hunley's chat to shittalk Nate and Eric gave Nick the link to come in, Ron made a comment "lets get Nick in here and straighten him out." Bet that got under his thin skin. Can think of no other reason for him to start shit with Ron.
Isn't Ron friends with Nate? That's the likely reason. Catching strays.

It seems that this question has been resolved by follow-up tweets, but I was going to comment on how a friendship with Coleman was hard-won because Nick had made fun of the writing (and the writer) Coleman had in some case filing, and Coleman got wind of it before he was ever on Nick's show. On Coleman's first appearance on Nick's show, they had a laugh about it.

Coleman made an appearance at Nick's Vegas event, of all things.

Don't forget that whatever you get from discovery, it takes time (money) to go through it all. This can be used as a tactic when Little Guy sues MegaCorp and they dump 500 legal boxes of 8.5x11's on him, and Little Guy hopes his lawyer's spelunking finds treasure in it all--and in time for it to matter.

On STMS today Aaron reminded me of something he’s said in the past, which is that his family (specifically his father) hated April and didn’t want someone like that around the kids. Aaron cut contact with his father due to this and is eating humble pie now, enduring the ‘I told you so.’

I think it is good to remember that when considering who Nick wants around to influence his kids and reading her creepy posts about them.

I don't think that most farmers actually believe that there is a Sonichu Demon and we are just memeing.

However, to quote Dr Doofenshmirtz, "If I had a nickel for every time this happened, I would have two nickles..which isn't a lot, but it is still weird it happened twice."
To be clear there is definitely some hooga booga enegery surrounding Nick, but I wouldn't go as far as to say he's been possessed. Nick isn't cool enough for that. Moreso deeply influenced by evil entities would be a better way to describe it which can do equally as much damage to a person and their family.

I must admit, this fall from grace is indeed supernatural. I don't think anybody here's ever seen such a meteoric fall even among celebrities who have the excuse that Hollywood is just a weird den of Satanist pedophiles who influence them.
