Why hasn't Ukraine mobilized all of it's men yet? If they have been in such an existential crisis as they claim, wouldn't they be drafting all able body men and women?

If you are so worried about Optics when it comes to a war like this, then you will lose. Those Gerans drones have a surprisingly long range. Flying moped is a pretty fair description. They're noisy and slow, but very aerodynamic and get stupidly high mpg from the little engine that powers them. According to wiki they can go up to 2,500 km. Feeding this conflict is useless if Ukraine cannot make any headway or pushback, it's a stalemate. Better to freeze along current lines, put NATO troops in the buffer zone.
