Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

View attachment 6642462

Lots of Brits are totally unfazed by this. Not because they think Russia is a joke but because the British regime has already allowed millions of 3rd world savages to invade.

Why hasn't Ukraine mobilized all of it's men yet? If they have been in such an existential crisis as they claim, wouldn't they be drafting all able body men and women?
There are a few reasons:
  1. A lot of the un-drafted are people with the right political/family/financial connections to dodge the draft.
  2. They have to keep Kiev looking "Business as usual" for optics, so they're very skittish of taking people from there.
  3. If they take too many at once, people notice and either start hiding, start protesting, or start fragging recruiters

Point 3 has already begun to happen. I've seen the aftermath of sabotage operations against the TCC by Ukrainian partisans.

If you are so worried about Optics when it comes to a war like this, then you will lose. A friend told me this war is just two post-soviet slavic countries fighting each other in the soviet style, except one side has USSR/Russia/Iranian weapons and one side has USSR/Western weapons. I am starting to see what he was saying.

Bold words given the left believes Putin is the world's most elite puppetmaster who controls literally everything they don't like from most American politicians to people calling them fags on the internet. I bet Putin is the #1 non-American politician leftists fap to.

Russian journo Marat Khairullin looked into this a bit more a couple of months back.
That writeup couldn't possibly be more biased, it hits all the stereotypes about American equipment being dainty and overpriced while Russian stuff is STRONK and reliable all the time, but they failed to sell the felon to even Vietnam of all countries.
“I was surprised by the reverence the United States has for Russia’s nuclear threat. It may have cost us the war,” Yizhak said. “They treat nuclear weapons as some kind of God. So perhaps it is also time for us to pray to this God.”
Are these people retarded? they have more nukes than us and their ICBM still work, of course we don't take this shit lightly.

But with Russia being (more) officially aligned with Iran now, wouldn't a war with Iran put us at war with Russia? In fact moreso than we already are in Ukraine..

They aren't in a formal pact like NATO.
I'd say that would only kick in if the Israelis purposely attacked Russian military bases in Iran.

Not if Russia just sends a few hundred billion in arms, training, intelligence assistance and mercenairies to help Iran fight the USA and doesn't put Russian boots on the ground. NATO's new rules.

I don't see Russia and China allowing Iran to fall.

Plus it would make BRICS look weak as well.

The Saudis and Turks signaled today, that both won't support an invasion of Iran.

As far as new allies and markets Russia's managed to lock in Iran (broke, getting broker, doesn't need Russia for much really) and win over North Korea (broker, somehow). Sanctions HAVE managed to impact Russia's economy significantly and in ways where they are making suboptimal tradeoffs. If the US conspires to crash energy prices and succeeds, being Uncle Vlad's Discount LNG Emporium is a strategic defeat.
If that happens Russia will just become a chinese satellite state, they are already bound to become fused at the hip in the near future. The way things are going future historians will point out this failure to keep Russia closer to the west and instead letting it fall into China's arms as one of the biggest blunders we've ever made............that and electing Miley Cyrus as president in 2036.
in some implausible return to Hitlerite Pan-European anti-slav genocidal fervor
Maybe you could sell that to the russians if our media hadn't engaged in a massive racist tirade worthy of Goebbels, calling russians orcs and demanding all russian culture even old stuff like ballet and Dostoyevsky be banned.
This war was a miscalculation
The 2014 bullshit rebellion was a miscalculation, this is just the continuation of that.
Trump can cuck America and give in to every demand at the negotiation table
How are we being cucked for leaving this shitstorm? what are we losing?
massively escalate the conflict into the great European war the liberals, neocons and bug eaters in Brussels want.
I doubt brussels really wants that given that most euro countries have been raking on the debt to replace russian gas for our LNG, and their industries have lost what competitiveness they had left. Besides they know that if shit gets really bad we're gonna leave them to support Ukraine alone, we abandoned Afghanistan after 20 years we can abandon this too.
and increasingly nationalistic movements in Germany, France and elsewhere.
I wouldn't worry about that, better worry about the number of islamic fighters they just let in.
China is still much too strong for us to antagonize openly
And only getting stronger, suddenly Russia's "strike first while you still can" attitude doesn't seem that insane does it?
Is the war just that unpopular in Ukraine?
Has been for a while, see that interview they did to draft dodgers.
cannot just throw a spanner in the hands of the remaning women and tell them to fill all the stuff electricians, mechanics, plumbers, construction workers, loaders, etc were doing.
They could but we both know they're gonna just cross the border and get an OF.

The FT has "sources" that suggest the front line may just be a little further west by Christmas, and that Ukraine is having recruitment problems.
The "scariest" part (not for me, for them) is that if the 100k they hope to get is half of what's needed, then the optimistic 160k goal was not even enough in the first place.
I wonder who the poor souls who have to function without a cook are.
Don't worry about them, fear for the orcs when they face the cooks. Cooks are serious business!

There's a certain nationalistic gloating in his writing, sure, but the underlying analysis is spot on. The Russians have worked out that what you really need from planes is for them to be winged trucks, hauling heavy stuff up high to drop and let it find its own way down. Fighters are just for show.

Some tank news. An Abrams was captured near Selidovo, while one of those semi-mythical Challenger was destroyed yesterday in Kursk. You know things are tough when those coddled little babies are let out of wherever they are hiding.

Ukraine barely has the means to attack Russian observation points in Selidovo. The West just has no equivalent to the FAB glide bombs
untitled70.jpg
The French are trying to make some Hammer Bombs, but there are two problems. First, what will the Ukrainians drop them from. They can't get planes high enough unless they are almost over the Polish border. Range is irrelevant if most of that is over your own country. And second, 600 sounds a lot, but the last I heard the Russians were dropping 100+ FABs a day. So in the very best case, Ukraine can match them for almost a week.

The latest Ukrainian plan sounds desperate

But the Russians have looked at the latest peace initiatives and responded with a big Fuck Off

Would those drones even have the range to supposedly fly over the Ukraine from Russia to strike at these targets? Or are they expecting János and Vladescu to believe Putin sneakes their launch facilities west of Kiev?
Those Gerans drones have a surprisingly long range. Flying moped is a pretty fair description. They're noisy and slow, but very aerodynamic and get stupidly high mpg from the little engine that powers them. According to wiki they can go up to 2,500 km. Although wiki also claims "Russia acquired the right to produced Shahed drones domestically. Due to labor shortage, African labor is present on the production line, under strict surveillance, deceitful remuneration and poor safety conditions"

given those retards are still citing a notorious number fluffer that quit because their stat rigging was completely boxed out of viability during the 2023 counteroink; Oryx. I wouldnt expect any less from giga NAFO by any other name jannies of modern war Wikipedia.

I reckon Russia will try their best to do a mad dash to secure as much territory as possible before Trump gets into office. Feeding this conflict is useless if Ukraine cannot make any headway or pushback, it's a stalemate. Better to freeze along current lines, put NATO troops in the buffer zone. Another NK style demilitarized zone filled with landmines.
