Dunno if this has been posted before, but this sub is a treat. It's people who are too poor or lazy to move out of mold infested living spaces (admittedly a shitty situation to be in) but they treat mold like its some kind of eldritch god or something lol. They blame it for their mental health problems, their low IQ's, one mother of a mixed race baby even blames it for her wanting to kill her child.

I’d sooner believe they’re depressed and crazy from living in a space that promotes mold growth.

There’s broken down ceilings, collapsed floors, damp carpets, walls and wall frames breaking down, outdoor spaces that haven’t been maintained, and mold in dishes. A bad home can make you physically, mentally, and spiritually ill. There’s people saying the mold is making their EMF sensitivity increase.

I’ve been in moldy homes. I’ve been in homes where the bathroom is all mold but there’s none in the rest of the house. I’ve been in dozens where there’s mold behind the tiles. I’ve lived in mold prone spaces. The shittiest part about all of the scenarios where mold is found is that no one is going to fix it. You’re living in a space that no one cares about and that’s far more depressing than le toxic brain mold. Briefly going through posts shows me two subsets of people: new renters/owners too ignorant/arrogant to check for mold before moving in and the chronically ill. There are hoarders and plain filthy people but also a lot of people with straight up paranoia, pathological issues, and people seeking to blame anything but themselves.

If you live in a house with a rat infestation, you’re not likely going to jump straight to thinking it’s hantavirus when it screws up your mental stability.

I’m sure they weren’t all mentally deranged either. The mold could have had some effect - maybe a foggy brain or a hard time concentrating - but to think a mold infestation can take over your entire life is another level of delusion. I have a pretty bad mold allergy and if there is mold anywhere in a home I can tell within moments of entering. Scratchy throat, irritated nose most immediately. And yes, the odour. Perhaps the effects of mold are understated for most people but most people [that post on reddit] don’t or shouldn’t live in proximity to this much mold or filth.

I'm sure inhaling mold spores daily does have some effect on cognitive abilities, but some of these people act like its an omnipresent entity that is purposefully compelling them to act retarded. I'm at the point where I can't hate on him for having a non-sexually perverse dream and achieving it. In 25 years those machines might be some prime 2010's nostalgia for lots of people. Also from what I understand, Redbox went under and all the stores that have them were basically told "lol deal with it" as far as removal costs went. Someone on /r/MarkMyWords 7 months ago posted a prediction that Trump would win the electoral vote and predicted 312- the actual final number. Here we can see a time machine of reddit calmly reacting to someone who would turn out to be right. Also people from the present are going back and mocking the confidently incorrect replies he got, lol.

Yes, considering it was an amendment that codified it in the first place (the 14th). An amendment could also change the meaning of "natural born citizen." Note, I say codified since the concept predated the Constitution itself via English common and statutory law. Since the Framers declined to abrogate the existing concept in the Constitution, the common law rule continued in effect.

The initial case recognizing this was Inglis v. Trustees of Sailor's Snug Harbor, 28 U.S. 99 (1830), although I believe it had been at least mentioned in previous cases.

Case Study: Rapid Complete Recovery From An Autism Spectrum Disorder After Treatment of Aspergillus With The Antifungal Drugs Itraconazole And Sporanox​

Abstract​

Context​

A child with symptoms placing him within the autism spectrum and with urine biochemical markers consistent with fungal (Aspergillus) colonization of the gastrointestinal tract was first treated with the antifungal probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii. A dramatic Herxheimer reaction provided strong clinical indications that mold colonization might be a factor in causing autism in this child.

Objective​

The child’s physician (Baker) wished to try a more potent antifungal therapy, itraconazole, in an attempt to reverse the child’s autism since itraconazole is an especially effective agent against Aspergillus species.

Setting​

The child was treated as an outpatient by the physician who had first diagnosed the child with an autism spectrum disorder.

Participant​

A child with an autism spectrum disorder.

Intervention​

The major intervention was increasing doses of the antifungal drug itraconazole. However, the Sporanox® brand of itraconazole gave the best results. The child was monitored twice weekly with liver function tests which remained normal throughout the therapy.

Results​

The child had a complete recovery from all the symptoms of autism and in addition developed excellent academic, athletic, and musical skills. The recovery coincided with a marked reduction of urine markers of Aspergillus colonization.

Conclusions​

Escalation of the dose of itraconazole resulted in a complete loss of all symptoms of autism over the course of three months. This rapid complete reversal of autism is consistent with several articles proposing mold in general and Aspergillus specifically as a potential major cause of autism.

Fungal infections are serious health risks. Also genetically modified Aspergillus Niger are used to make most citric acid used in food products. The only one I know of that doesn't use GMO derived citric acid is some sort of racist energy drink called KEYED Energy. They have a Twitter account, and they somehow got an endorsement from Tariq Nasheed.

I assume the issue with GMO derived citric acid has leftover bits of the fungi in it that triggers inflammation.
