This was ages ago, but if my memory's any good, it was in reference to the eating disorder she claimed to have back in the day. I believe it may have been bulimia, but I don't recall specifically - I just know it wasn't BED and the other disorders like ARFID had yet to be popularized. The moniker comes from the sentiment that by choosing to Nourish Her Body she is Choosing Life and she is an eating disorder warrior. In fact, I believe she changed her name because she had far too many pro-lifers following her for her own comfort.
