I could buy this. Kjel has plenty of knowledge about spousal support since he's got at least two ex-wives and a couple kids. He probably didn't want to deal with that shit again if things went south with call center bride. Surely the sentiment of marriage is more important than complying with fascist nazi american paperwork or whatever the fuck.

I can't help with this one since neither my husband nor I had kids, much less kids we were court ordered to pay support for. I don't know much about court ordered support, but I'm assuming if you are under a child support order wouldn't that show up on your income tax returns? (Under dependents and such stuff) If so then it will be an issue the USCIS would look at since it would deduct away from the income threshold you must meet.

(Again the income threshold isn't huge, I wanna say like $25,000 or thereabouts (I'm sure it's gotta based on the fed poverty level). But given the bullshit Greta has said about "working for less than minimum wage" makes me think she's also been telling fibs on income returns.

The Office of Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs at Pace University is urging people on their official Facebook account to email ICE in support of #freenina, also posted on their local news site. I'm all for diversity offices at a university, but I'm pretty sure their intended purpose is to advocate for students, not people in a prison on the opposite side of the country with no evidence. I doubt the school administration would be very happy about this blatant misuse of power.
