10:00 is trial docket. So something will actually happen. I said it in the other thread but this means they'll actually hear facts on the possession charge and either let him plea out to a misdemeanor or send him to felony court. Also they didnt close, but continued the bond violation cases as well so there still could be a bond chance.

He violated his bond and was arrested for additional crimes involving violence while he was violating his bond. There's no bond chance.

All of these continuances have been at the request of Austin's defense. They were even trying to get a continuance beyond next week in hopes of having a favorable report prepared by an independent evaluation and trying to get pre trial services (his PO) onboard with a bond. The judge squashed it saying "this has been since July.." when setting the preliminary trial next week.

That's right, this thing has been going since July, Austins' spent 35 days in jail since then, and it hasn't even seen prelim yet to confirm that there is enough evidence to continue with an actual case!
