That’s what I was wondering. He had a restraining order, he violated it, the cops arrested him. That and the original charge(I think) of vandalism and trespassing which he recorded himself doing. I don’t know if Eric even has to show up to the trial in person, let alone testify.

Could Riley have his attorney call Eric to the stand to testify? Although, that seems ridiculous considering Eric would just confirm everything about the stalking in front of the jury, not sure what exactly could be gained from a cross examination.
