Problem is that it likely ends up with who knows what in it due to the exterior exposure, plus with the meat on the inside being raw you couldn't really use it as butter without cooking it.

And really it's just one of his many "can we do this with meat?" videos that really only serves to generate views. It's not like he's throwing out dozens of pounds of butter a week doing that.

There's one thing I'll say about Guga is he's bold in that he'll use anything to dry age a steak with. Nutella, vegemite, literal MSG. Sure it's clickbaity as hell but it's interesting. He's showing that there's different ways to do so. Sometimes it works out well, sometimes it doesn't.

It always reminds me back in the leadup to 2016 when it was Trump vs Hillary and they would ask people at a Trump rally about Hillary they'd say, "lock her up for her crimes".

He's exactly the kind of person that should be on Ozempic. It's a diabetes drug that has the added benefit of helping you lose weight. He's diabetic, he's fat, he's got high blood pressure, he's on blood thinners due to his strokes. All of this could be cured by just eating properly and losing weight. But no. It's easier to take pills so you can still go out and eat fast food whenever you want.
