The horrific part about it isn't that his kid tested positive for cocaine, it tested for what's over 10 times the amount. You can't even go to the defense of "oh maybe it was like small traces that got carried to her food" or that "it found daddy's coke stash and tried it once by accident". There was repeated use for a decent period of time for that insane amount to be found in her system.
Allow me to explain further, Cocaine can be present in hair folicles for up to 90 days. When doing urine tests depending on the frequency of use the matabolytes can stay there for up to 4 days. So the kid in approximately a period of 40-90 days since must have dosed over 10 times for that amount to be found in her system and specifically her hair, and it wasn't something spontaneous because that would easily be a hotshot episode which would kill the kid. I am setting the lowest amount at 40 days because that's when cocaine completely goes out of someone's system and metabolytes no longer show up on tests, if it was repeated much more frequently the kid would easily be in the hospital.

He had a messy divorce with his ex, and at one point it was revealed (again through court documents somebody physically had to go to the courthouse to get) that he threw an RCA Direct TV remote at his wife and threatened to kill the family dog. To Ron's credit, he basically admitted he was an asshole to his ex. Nick doesn't admit when he's wrong. So another point for Ron.
The hypocrisy in all this becomes evident in that Nick feels all legal proceedings should be open record... except his. @MNPublicRecords goes to the courthouse, like @JosephTX did five years ago, and he bitches about unauthorized access. Which is bullshit, because the restriction in Nick's situation only applies to putting his CPS case on MCRO. He had to scramble to get an order to have them sealed.
If I'm being perfectly honest, Ron was called as a cuck because Nick said he was, and everybody thought it was funny.
The actual evidence for it was pretty weak and circumstantial though.
Ron did himself no favors saying "I'd rather be a cuck with Monica, than live without her," but I attribute that more to him being a fucking idiot, and not a confession.
What I do consider a confession is some of the things Nick has said. Including him admitting in a police report that Kayla sent Aaron nudes (imagine doing that just to get Aaron in hot water).
Is Ron Toye a cuck? Maybe.
Is Nick Rekieta a cuck? Absolutely. 100%. No question.
I'm not looking to "rehabilitate" Ron (he's still an asshole for Vic), but I think Nick is legit worse than him at this point. I think that's a reasonable position too.
