Considering what we've witnessed with Trump and the endless, fruitless investigations of him, if Gaetz is so awful why haven't they found anything worth pursuing? It doesn't make sense. He could very well be an awful person but so far there's been nothing but rumors, innuendo, and unbacked accusations. I mean, I'll eat a snickers bar if it turns out he's exactly what they accuse him of, I have no problem being wrong. But right now his opponents don't have anything to go on and if he's so horribly bad I would think they would move heaven and earth to uncover something they could prosecute him with. Unless said evidence also puts said people in the same boat.

The treaty at the end of WW2 that Germany signed (and I assume is still in effect) states that they're not allowed to have factories that produce military weapons, and that their military has to be under a certain level. So that might influence Germany being unable to arm itself, though that wouldn't prevent other countries from doing so.

You haven’t been paying attention. The RNC has been filing (and winning) lawsuits since before election day. They even won one in Bucks County, where this is happening. But at the end of the day you need some kind of executive to enforce court orders and arrest people. Shapiro’s being a complete partisan faggot so that’s out. Maybe they can convince the local sheriff to get off his ass and do something.
