There's an easier way to do that.

You hire bilingual volunteers, and sort them out depending on what languages they are fluent in. You also don't leave your registration form so vague where even a child molestor from the boonies can apply and get through.

I'd say something like 95% if the numbers cited in this thread are remotely accurate. Some of it depends if they can get it tried in a more favorable venue. I'd say it could really vary between 2-10% almost entirely based on what judge hears it, with some even lower chance of winning on appeal if they have the money for that lengthy ordeal.

I'd say the odds would come in at the high end of that 10% if Nina actually is released tomorrow. If they choose to hold Nina indefinitely pending the proceedings, that would tend to indicate that they not only consider Nina a flight risk but don't anticipate much chance of Nina winning the underlying case, either.

This is really wild ass guessing, of course. @MirnaMinkoff seems to have a fairly solid grasp of the nuts and bolts of this particular area of administrative law. Note, admin law is barely like law at all and administrative proceedings are often quite arbitrary, with the individual quirks of ALJs (or IJs in this case) getting corrected, maybe, if you're lucky, at the appeals phase in an actual court.

Normally you have to report this to the tax agencies (at least in the US and Canada), but how is Greta going to handle this? Granted, it won't be until next year that they have to file it.

You're not exactly familiar with how a lot of the Ratkings work, are you? There's a reason they keep getting sex offenders and sexual predators involved with them, and why is actually pretty simple.

With the expansion of people claiming to be Trans or any one of 45 colorful genders that don't actually exist, we've seen a fucking dramatic outpouring of people trying to use their status as a shield against their misdeeds. Sarah Nyberg did it, Lurelai Bailey did it, and the Rat Kings do it constantly and with zero shame.

Because Social Justice as a whole promotes cronyism (since an individual who "believes in the cause" is inherently more moral than someone who doesn't regardless of other factors), individuals like Greta (for example) tend to overlook "minor" offenses in return for an audience they can actually control, and nothing gives that like knowing what fucked-up shit they're into. Even if someone like Nyberg is exposed, the knee-jerk response - even with confirmed proof - is disbelief. All of Nyberg's toadies still claim she's innocent.

There's a fucking reason we've run into so many of them who are sex offenders, is what I'm getting at.

Disappointingly, they seem to be successful and well-educated (unlike Greta and friends). The $5K high roller is an MIT grad who works at Google.

Is the "nude" pic from cosmo the one of kjel and niraj where kjel is topless? That's not nudity, males are allowed to be topless in public. The awesome thing is, kjel can argue all he wants, but cosmo can't (as far as I know) post female nudity without restricting sales to 18+ in america. Anyone have any info on that?
