You can blame Arnold getting paid 20 mil + a piece of the gross box office throughout the 90's for the movies he did. Studios were paying him so much money they decided it would be better to never deal with an actor with that much influence again. They just happened to kill their industry in the process of making sure no star was ever bigger than them again.

Under the separate sovereign doctrine, Trump would not be able to pardon himself from a state level conviction. The real world answer is that none of these are going anywhere, New York is getting overturned and vacated, Georgia is going to do the same, and both State level governments are going to get turned inside out by four years of DOJ investigation to make an example of both of them. There has been a gentleman's agreement for 200 years to not fuck with the executive, and breaking it has consequences.

200 years? The last time Democrats tried to challenge the executive government was 163 years ago. It ended poorly for the Democrats.
What's likely to happen is that the states will drop the whole thing because it's over. Trump won. Should they attempt to go down swinging, the federal government is going to investigate the states and how they conducted their investigations. The feds will undoubtedly find shenanigans and that will be that. I wouldn't be surprised if there is not already an attempt to destroy evidence at the state and federal level with the Obama holdovers.
I feel like the left in America has taken serious permanent damage from Trumps re-election. His first go-round was the electorate saying "fuck it, why not?" and some things went well and others not so much. He didn't put gays and trannies in conversion camps which the more centrist/sensible people in those communities actually took note of. He deported a sizable amount of illegals but not every single brown person with an accent. Minorities realised he wasn't the threat they had been told he would be. He won a decent amount of hearts and minds who would never admit to liking him because ultimately i think he is pretty much a pure centrist.
Then COVID came along and the media essentially fooled people into voting for "the adults in the room" to fix a completely overblown panic. The next 4 years were spent tut-tutting at voters for putting Trump in at all whilst trying to get him locked up. This was a colossal fuck up. They proved Trump right on every single thing he had been saying about the establishment.
Voters hit back massively against being called racist hillbillies just because they want immigration laws enforced and a dozen eggs to not cost $10 anymore. Most people don't give two shits about what LGBT people do in their private lives and are ok with the idea of abortion being legalised or not on a state-by-state basis because that will reflect the views of the majority of the people actually living in said state.
The Trump campaign and everything that has happened over the past few weeks is insane. I don't even live in the US and it doesn't feel real. People actually just got fed up enough to finally tell the sanctimonious cunts in society to shut the fuck up because it became ok to admit that you were a fan of Trump and they can only call you a sexist/bigot/racist so many times before it becomes meaningless.

I think it's simpler than that: Trump was shot and he just shook it off, all the while the leftist media either didn't cover the event or tried to memoryhole it as quickly as possible. This was the last straw, you can bet tens of thousands of people that were undecided became Trump voters right then and then. As much as the left tried to downplay it, Trump took an assassination attempt the best way he could, and this radiates strength of a leader. That was the modern day Teddy Roosevelt moment.
The rest of the undecided voters were convinced to either vote Trump or not vote at all when they saw who he was going up against. This was always going to be a slaughter of an election.
That's never going away. Democrats will always be seen as the party of corruption and mental illness. Politics have nothing to do with this, they embody the most stereotypical rotten aspects of the system and that's their burden to carry.
Now that they lost the plot with non-white voters, I would say they're in trouble.

Everything is accurate with the exception of the word "conviction" as convictions in NY are entered at the time of sentencing, which hasn't occurred yet.
Willis will probably be removed from the Trump case, and no other prosecutor in Georgia is willing to take that retardation on, so it's probably going to vanish.
Edit: That was the other retarded NY case, but this one will also likely be overturned, or tossed by the judge.

There is a fairly sizable about of people in the gay and lesbian community who never wanted the trannies lumped in with them but they were shouted down by woke straight people.
They don't want all of the men in dresses rounded up or anything but like any normal person they realise that it's a mental illness as opposed to a sexuality. Wanting to lop your dick/tits off because you were born in the "wrong body" isn't the same thing as being attracted to someone the same gender as you and it is ludicrous to say it is. I have gay and lesbian friends who essentially have to grin and bear it with the tranny nonsense because their community and its "allies" will ostracize them for voicing their real opinion.
