It seems like the source of every lolcow is nonconfrontational parents that are too nice.
Well, the source of a lot of serial killers is horribly abusive parents, so perhaps having weak parents is the lesser of two evils for people with poor judgment, malignant personalities, and impulse control issues.
Lulziest option is he finally takes the plea deal but fucks it up with some "I had my fingers crossed corrupt government judges don't know the true story!" nonsense and gets the book thrown at him. All the humiliation with none of the mercy, total felting.
Funny and weird, Nick keeps claiming nothing is as it seems*, and he has sooo much to say that is important and relevant, yet no charges have been dropped, he didn't like the plea offer, and he's clearly still dealing with CPS.
* he hasn't denied that cocaine was in the house, though. The only thing he's semi-outright** denied is that his kid had coke in her system, though htf would he even know that if there was coke in the house? Bc they kept the mountain of coke locked in a safe, even though it was all over the bedroom suite when the cops came knocking? Uh-huh.
And
maybe, even going with his contention that it was on her hair and not in her body, it wasn't crooked cops who put a coke-covered hand on his kid's head, but maybe, just maybe, one of the three coked-up adults in the home? Not getting into the metabolites and all that here bc that discussion is annoying, just saying that even if his contention about it were true, it doesn't do what he think it does.
** nothing he says has no deliberate wiggle-room. So though I haven't gone back to look at all his statements about it, I am sure it's not a series of clear and unambiguous statements. But even taking his comments/the situation in the light most favorable to him, his claims are poor.
