It isn't perfect, but then what is? If there are any major errors please let me know. If you don't want to clutter the thread with corrections then DMs work just as well.

In the meantime, I am very tired after completing what might be the Mount Everest of OPs, so I will leave you with a little something I made near the end of my uploads. A bit on the theatrical side, but still appropriate for Kayla and the loveless catastrophe that is her marriage.

So many different possibilities from Nick who has publicly admitted to having a girlfriend he misses fucking

Does it mean he's pushed April out for good?
Does it mean Kayla's leaving?
Is he just lying?

And only seeing April 3 times in 2 months?
So she just sits there in bed alone in his unfurnished guest house high most of the time as Nick comes to check on her once every few weeks? Is he turning her into Kayla 2?

I suspect it's a condition of her being in the other house that close to the kids. I thought KCHHS would have prevented her from even being around the kids and I thought her charges were largely a way for the prosecution to keep an unrelated drug user away from the kids. Kandiyohi County is more compassionate than me I guess. The cynic in me says it has to do more with the free rent than it does love for the children. It doesn't sound like Kayla is onboard with a "caretaking" role.

We're past "pull up", past "radar warning", past "chaff/flair", we are past "caution! caution! eject! eject!" He's taken a direct missile hit and is being peppered by 20mm cannons. The ejection seat is inoperable. The bolts on the canopy won't blow. The only question now is how bad this crash is, and does it cause collateral damage.

A small reminder that Thanksgiving will mark three full months with no Rekieta Law streams on his YouTube/Rumble channels, the last one being a stream after April's first hearing in August.

To give an example of how long ago this was, Rekieta responded to a super chat asking if April's relationship to him had been "established" with a soliloquy about the meaning of "established", avoiding answering the question.


Somehow, things got more sordid from here.

Or how April takes drug tests for children she isn't around? Has Nick forgotten what he said on Melton's stream? He did sound blasted in fairness.

If CPS had forbidden him from making a living — which I don’t think they can do in these circumstances (or perhaps at all, IANAL) — we’d have heard about it.
