Because Chaubal is undocumented, she could be deported. However, Martela told NCRM that she has a reasonable case for asylum given that India does not recognize same-sex marriage and criminalizes sex between opposite-sex partners. Abuse and discrimination against transgender people in India is also common in spite of recent legal advances.

Is he really still going with this? I googled it and it's an easy find. In CA if your spouse dies you can get remarried again with no waiting period or anything. Your major concerns are not getting SS benefits from your spouses death if you are eligible if you remarry. What documentation? The spouses death? All this is on record even if you have to hunt for it via snail mail as others have said. Dude is legally married to someone else and lied to nina about it. Oops.

Kjel's got a problem here.

He's got to keep enough attention on this "injustice" so that he can milk the usual suspects of as much pity bucks while its still a hot topic.

Buuuuut, he's also go to be careful that it doesn't blow up too much as all it takes is a unbiased cursory glance at TLL to see that its not on the up and up. A single unsympathetic reporter could blow TLL into the mainstream limelight and that spells some serious trouble.

$3,000/month operation costs and $15-30,000 a month in incoming donations? Where the rest of the money going Kjel? And so on...

The real problem? Kjel is basically an idiot and doesn't have the IQ or emotional fortitude to really handle anything serious, shit he's getting into Twitter slap fights and egging on his followers to harass ICE on a public web site.

So he's got to trust to his luck and hope his supporters blab enough for him to rake in the pity bucks but not too much as a single opinion piece in the right news site could bring about the end for him and as he's got the IQ of a toaster and has pretty much fucked up every single thing he's touched in his 50+ years on this planet I'm thinking he's going to fuck this up too.

My hope is that some left site like HuffPuff or Jezbel picks up this story and runs with it and everything unravels from there.

Say bye bye to your cash cow Kjel if that happens.

BTW the IRS don;t care if your a troon either...just an FYI.
