that's already how it basically works. your company holds the sponsorship and if you move to a new job it has to be functionally identical (or identical enough to fool USCIS ). people who entered in the early 2000s are just now getting their green cards in the last few years. given the exponential nature of immigration the people entering today will never see one (not without using the family glitch mentioned above)

They actually do plan out immigrating to Canada and getting TN to get their kids birthright citizenship so they can sponsor them years later. We need to ban TN for non native born Canadians and make people go the embassies of chargeablity rather than the country they reside in because the jeets are overwhelming Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and preventing white people from immigrating to the US because they clog everything.

Literally. A jeet at work was telling me all about his sister and it was the most insane shit, I can't understand why they do this. Basically she moved from India to Germany, got some engineering degree and was working for Bosch, then married an Indian on an H-1B, moved to the US and got a H-4 and EAD.

The EAD means she doesn't need to be sponsored, but her husband is still bound by all the same rules and since you only get 60 days to find a new job, it's a mad rush to find another employer to sponsor you. Last job change involved moving from Texas to Michigan. Where it gets worse is they already have a jeetlet, 5 years old and getting pulled cross country into a frozen shithole at a moment's notice.

I really feel bad for the kid, they have no hope of forming lasting relationships and their schooling is going to be a nightmare. The parents popped them out quick as they could so they could start that 21 year timer running. I hope the kid tells them to get fucked when they're of age. Also they're both Canadian PR holders and use it as a backup in case they lose the H-1B, so I guess the kid can look forward to potentially getting dragged to Canada.

It's so unbelievably cruel, the H-1B program needs to be fucking abolished, all these jeets need to be sent home and jus soli citizenship shouldn't apply when both parents are on fucked up work permits they can lose at a moment's notice. Wait until they see some of his other ideas to introduce to this administration… If he requires all visa related stuff to go to country of chargeability it will cause the Indian embassy to be completely overwhelmed and create years long backlogs. Would completely wreck the Canada to US TN back door too. Hopefully he does this and cuts off the sources of jeetlets by keeping Indian adults out of here.

It's relative on a macroeconomic scale. A Senior Application Developer in the Midwest/Southwest can today expect a salary of ~$140k+-$30k or somewhere around there. If you removed 50% of the H1Bs in these positions the salary would be far far higher. Reducing the overall salary band in the role itself across the entire industry. Saving businesses who employ them millions of dollars overall.

America is hardly any less cucked, and I only see Indians being promoted more by America as time goes on and it tries to find a "counterbalance" to China in the new Cold War (you know, instead of just giving those manufacturing and IT jobs to Americans instead of Asians)

I've been seeing Indians on Twitter sharing this picture a lot to show how immigration is a good thing:

The hilarious thing is that it shows how bad the average Indian immigrant is, but they're too dumb to realize it.

If you add up all the White countries, they're responsible for 200+ companies (depending on which ones you include). India and Pakistan have 71 companies, but they get 75% of the visas! Most of the countries on the list have <0.1% of visas issued:

So if we want more immigrant-founded unicorns, we should stop giving visas to Indians and start giving them to smarter countries.

This is of course ignoring the facts that many of those founders are cofounders (and therefore the company would still exist without them), that a lot of their companies are only worth a billion dollars on paper, and that it's highly likely the infographic is completely made up.

It’s possible to promote india as a counter to China without actually bringing more of them here. India is completely untrustworthy and plays both sides constantly like facilitating Russia getting around American sanctions for ukraine. You could actually argue that it weakens india if we are bringing their top tier people here (I would argue that they are not top tier and that anything out of India is suspicious in terms of tests and paperwork).

I’ve seen a lot of Americans sour on Indians after seeing things out of Canada and white Canadians fleeing here telling us of their issues. I saw it myself this year and it’s absolutely disgusting seeing so many of them in North America. You’ll also see lots of Indian hate on even Reddit in computer science and tech subreddits.

If we want to have the Indian menace addressed, people need to put pressure on their congresspeople to stop kissing up to those communities and close down their most popular visas to get here with like chain migration. We could also prevent them bringing spouses over on H1B or student visas as well, it’s insane to me that we allow people to come here as students with a spouse and any of their children become birthright citizens. The 14th amendment was a giant ticking time bomb and whoever wrote it that way should be burning in hell for what they’ve done to this country.

I hate these always be working faggots so much. Sure it's easier to work now if I can count fancy trips and dinners with clients as work. If I had a team of maids, cooks, chauffeurs and house managers to handle my personal affairs.

Their mentality is a mind virus that causes problems where some pick it up and then the rest has to follow else they are left behind until it's established as the new normal.
