The Milwaukee Police Department has formally responded to Rick's motion and are requesting trial by jury, as well as all costs if they win. They also either contradicted several of Rick's claims about the swattings or denied them entirely. Also, this:

Edit: if this means they show the bodycam footage from his naked handcuffing incident to a jury and it becomes public, Rick is going to win 2025 running away. Just pencil him in now.

Nominating Fatrick for ITG doesn't make a lot of sense, as he's the reason that subforum exists in the first place. It's literally named after him. He IS the "internet tough guy" - it's a quote from his twitter. And for what it's worth, Snackie should win ITG this year anyway after she just hired a private security firm in Puerto Rico to drive her to her bankruptcy hearing at which she babbled about the Pests for an hour in front of the judge and blamed Dan Mullen for her financial situation. Snackie is, in turn, a Fatrick-adjacent cow and only has a thread because of him. Nominating Rick for the ITG subforum would be like nominating Chris for the Chris subforum.

There are only two options for Rick: he's either in the running for cow of the year or a lifetime achievement award. The funniest (and correct) play here is to nominate him for cow of the year (this year and every year going forward), let him lose, and just make him Bovine Emeritus.

I don't know if I agree with Ralph not being anywhere in the initial picks. His life is going down the drain fast, he might not live to see the 2025 Julays. Not sure if he deserves to be in the running for Lolcow of the Year, but he definitely should get a nomination in the Main Forum or Internet Famous categories. Hell, he might go to prison before the year is out.

The winner of our last year's Opsec awards, @Itsnatsutalbott should definitely get a nomination as well. He's been tweeting as "Josh" for hours everyday, every week, every month since he got his thread, and his insanity has only gotten worse over the last couple of weeks. He is looking to be a promising lolcow indeed, he even brought his BPD girlfriend Zoe with him. Both are currently banned for shitting up their own threads, btw.

Lastly, while minor, I think @Dansburst Studios definitely deserves a spot within Animal Control, if that category is going live this year. While low key, this lovely specimen has already done quite enough to earn a nomination, between him being an antifa brony who defends pedophilia and making a video where he argues that having sex with animals is perfectly natural and moral. Yes, really, even normalfags have made a big deal about it and his video was shadowbanned. He was going into comments and arguing with people too, there was some confusion as to if this was a parody video to make fun of furries but our friend Timmy squashed those rumors quick.

At the very least I want to give nominate him for the Sean Astin Award for his extremely autistic schizoposting. I think Nikolas should be recognized for his achievement in first winning the Michael Alan White OPsec Fail Award and keeping the momentum strong all year and solidifying his cow status.

I agree, especially because he debated Hunter Avallone, and he keeps tranny chasing Colton Lochmann despite being rejected (Just like Nikolas Talbott). Hopefully that MD thread and new OP are completed soon so he's actually an Animal Control cow, but I still think if that doesn't happen yet he should still be nominated.
 
Just give the Animal Control award to Million Pity because Bluefolf has been inactive as of recent times.

Also, best rewrite award should be a category because this year, over 10 rewrites have been moved and it can influence the community to go more indepth to certain cows because most old OPs aren't archived.

Criteria: Must be a rewrite of an original OP (that actually had effort behind them but left behind for various reasons/heavily outdated) and has been moved to the main boards.
Also, add Ethan Ralph to that category since he had enough announcements to warrant being added.
