Brianna Wu / John Walker Flynt - "Biggest Victim of Gamergate," Failed Game Developer, Failed Congressional Candidate

I'm missing the context here. Why is this show Satan exactly? Wasn't the original series overly-wholesome and non-threatening to the point of absurdity?

"Not today, Satan" is one of those gay internet people things, from the same sort of personality starter kit you would find "yaaaaas kween" and a .gif of some chick from the Brady Bunch saying "Sure, Jan" in. Most of it is stolen from how black chicks talk, so I'mma spill some tea about how John needs to put Bravo on mute for a second and check his privilege.

just FYI she appears to have purchased the "briannawu2018.com" domain.

www.briannawu2018.com

meanwhile "briannawu18.com" is still available, smells like a great opportunity. I even typed "briannawu18.com" into the URL on accident when I first typed it.

Nice job Brianna. I read this as "It's time for Democratic Party". Good job hiding the BOLD part.

How many of John's twitter followers are actually in his district and able to vote for him?
You mean an elected official didn't immediately log on to Twitter to run his mouth? I just can't believe that.

Lynch has roughly 10k followers, I would imagine most of which are likely in his district and voted for him. John has 60k followers, but I would wager that very few of them, if any, are actually in his district and eligible to vote for him. Beyond this, I would argue that most of the people who are going to bother to vote, don't even know what the fuck a Twitter is or how to be on it. It's been proven by the recent election that the people in the demographic John is targeting (younger, tech-savvy, far left) don't show up when it comes time to vote. Maybe that could change by 2018, but it's generally been proven to be a pretty unreliable demographic.

Unlike John, Lynch seems like a pretty straight shooter who has a pretty solid record academically, in the private sector, and in public service. He's aware of and actually invested in issues of the community he serves, and he actually leaves his house.

The one thing a politician actually needs to do is to engage with the public that they serve. This is means showing up for parades, pancake fundraisers for veterans, shaking hands, kissing baby's. It's not be a controlled environment like all of his little talks. He is not going to have a bunch of people around to forcibly remove hecklers. John is simply not prepared for this.
