Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I had a little laceration that needed to be sewn up, but it only hurt when I went to pee.

///////////////////.//////////////////

first delivery I had a 4th degree episiotomy - all the way to my poor abused asshole. My doctor chided me because she had to sew up a hemorrhoid. I was so afraid to have a bowel movement after. She kept me in the hospital for 3 days warming my butt with some light fixture to help its healing.

Second delivery not as bad but (hehe) I was scooting across the bed on my butt sideways at home and felt a small pop. Later that day my stitches fell out onto my washcloth in the shower. Nope can’t sew it back together now. Really your perineum looks in the normal range. Okay we can fix it at your next delivery.

those were in the days of a cut is easier to heal than a tear and my first obgyn was already a fossil having gotten her MD sometime around the end of WWII.

fun times

Long labour, tired body, stuck baby- had a episiotomy but was doped up on epidural at that point & facing a possible emergency csection. Just remember the odd feeling of warmth when they cut. My stitches popped a bit too, nothing too major needing repair or anything, was just very concerned and it stung more. Post birth week was just pain and tiredness anyway. I used a neck pillow as a cushion and found the nappy sized maternity pads a blessing lmao.
Oh wow, you really didn't feel it that much? My episiotomy hurt so bad that I could feel it through the epidural.. ☹️ But I think the worst part was the sound of the scissors (there's probably a fancier word for those) cutting through my flesh. 🥲

Yes, if hacking up and stitching together your crotch somehow turns out badly, it’s no big deal! Necrosis, incontinence, constant nerve pain… eh.
“Complications are extremely rare”

Oh now they are just straight up lying….

Phalloplasty has a 76.5% complication rate
Vaginoplasty is 30%

I am willing to bet that NOT having complications is more rare than getting them. Considering most troons who get it seem to post on reddit, and a lot more end up the 41% afterwards, it is hard to pretend that these are abnormal results.

New COMPLICATIONS Stats just dropped!!!

Males who underwent vaginoplasty:
Organ prolapse: up to 7.5%
Urinary incontinence: up to 15%
Irritative urinary symptoms: up to 20%
Sexual dysfunction: up to 75%

Females who underwent hysterectomy/phalloplasty:
Organ prolapse: up to 3.8%
Urinary incontinence: up to 50%
Irritative urinary symptoms: up to 37%
Sexual dysfunction: up to 54%

but you know what? it doesn't fucking matter! because the gender was affirmed 100% of the time!! HAH SUCK IT TERFS

I had a second-degree tear from squeezing little man's giant head out, but didn't even notice until the doc started stitching me up. The healing fucking sucked, very painful to move around or pee, and yet I don't recall the wound unzipping itself even when the stitches started to come out on their own.

I'm sure there are stats for non-tranny surgery complications that I just need to look up, but just going by this thread and others it really does seem like gender butchery has way worse outcomes healing-wise than routine medical care. I mean, obviously even the ones without major complications still look horrific.

It really is fascinating and horrifying how much these cultists gaslight themselves and others into accepting this abysmal treatment. Urinary incontinence? Sexual dysfunction? Prolapse? Good God. You'd think all these narcissists would demand better health outcomes... Or maybe those UTIs are just that ~validating~.

This is one of the reasons my wife had a C-section. The other is because I'm terrible with dates, so we chose one I could easily remember.
$10k well spent!

The amount of popped and falling apart surgical sites should give any of these fuckers pause. All this episiotomy and c-section talk should hammer that home even more. They're done in similar areas and new mothers don't get to sit around for 4 weeks on opiates waiting for their wounds to close. They have to look after their babies and rarely get decent pain relief during this time. New mothers wish they had post surgery care and attention like the trannies do and yet they have significantly better outcomes. Can't imagine why 🤔

What future awaits the elderly troon? Brittle bones and arthritis? Kidney failure? Cancer? A fused crotch? HIV? Organ damage? Chronic pain with no remedy? Only time will tell.
Elderly? That’s optimistic.
The women will be mainly offed by kidney failure from messing with their urinary system and constant infections, stale urine hanging around and their kidneys being nuked from the antibiotics needed. Men probably strokes and cardiovascular. Both sexes will have more cancers I’d reckon. Anyone puberty blocked will have the bones of a pensioner by mid twenties. That can kill you too, a femur fracture can be fatal immediately or lead to immobility and morbidity.
The rate of HIV in trannies is huge as well, so all the problems associated with that - liver and kidney failure, dementia, etc.

Talking of trannies getting cancer, are there any stats to show if it’s higher for them as a cohort? (Particularly the hormone responsive cancers).

Edit: nvm I found some happy news

Conclusions This study showed an increased risk of breast cancer in trans women compared with cisgender men, and a lower risk in trans men compared with cisgender women. In trans women, the risk of breast cancer increased during a relatively short duration of hormone treatment and the characteristics of the breast cancer resembled a more female pattern. These results suggest that breast cancer screening guidelines for cisgender people are sufficient for transgender people using hormone treatment.

3 weeks post op
My doctor keeps saying that it looks fine but it keeps getting worse. I haven’t seen anyone that has results that resemble mine at all and I’m getting so worried and frustrated that all I get in response is “it’s fine”. It honestly looks better then it does now and this was taken on Thursday

FFS. Yeah, let's spend time and public money to state the obvious: having breast tissue (or not having breast tissue cuz they were, ya know, surgically yeeted) is of statistical importance for whether or not you're at risk for breast cancer.

A bunch of medfags really had to check that out?

I looked into it before and concluded that cancer is transphobic lol. While the risk of breast cancer for men does go up it never reaches female rates.
For med nerds who understand things
It always makes my skin crawl seeing that estrogen tranny moobs resemble prepubescent girls.

Seeing “46-47 times more likely” is somewhat misleading if you don’t know the normal male rates.

Sexual dysfunction: up to 75%
lmao they did it to coom
Urinary incontinence: up to 50%
lmao lmao they wanted to STP and they got uh, this.

I love how the TRAs act like getting osteoporosis in your 20's is NBD just take some calcium lol.
Like... they'd minimize any risk to get this, huh.
The rate of HIV in trannies is huge as well, so all the problems associated with that - liver and kidney failure, dementia, etc.
The confounding factors are rampant. What control group d'you think is as reckless and stupid as troons? IVDUs maybe?

It's sort of like a drug addict that's vaguely aware their addiction is very bad for their health but keeps doing it anyway because in the moment the short term high has become more important. It's also part believing medicine is so advanced now that it's just science magic and there will always be another surgery, another pill to take, another injection that can perpetually fix anything. They think something being "treated" means it's being "fixed". You also see this attitude with people at risk of getting STDs/HIV--it's NBD because the medicine (which is magic!) can "treat" it.

yeah IV drug users have a high rate too, but there’s a big increased risk purely and solely from HIV alone for dementia and various things and also from the drugs taken as PreP and antivirals. It’d be interesting to compare junkies and troons. They see this as nbd becaaaaause…..

Yeah. They really do think that. It is incredible to think that hiv is being rebranded as no big deal when it really is. Prep is no longer that effective, and it’s very bad for you. Antivirals are incredibly harsh on liver and kidney. The idea that you pop them daily and live to a healthy old age is simply wrong. HIV is also evolving constantly and it will out evolve both prep and the drugs used to treat it. And I do t give a shot about the trannies nd big chasers but I do feel for kids getting it, and needlestuck health workers, rape victims and those who will get it from blood products

The normalizing of taking antibiotics and antivirals so you can have sloppy gloryhole sex with strangers who would sell you to the Devil for a handful of Xanax bars is a deeply unsettling development for healthcare, especially in both a superbug breeding ground sense as well as a complex polypharmacy sense. Which is grave, given that pharmacy schools are struggling to get anyone to attend on account of the abusive working conditions of pharmacies. Hope you're all ready for super-syphilis!

Also, there is something amusing to me that the same people who insist you mask up lest you leave millions in your wake yet will call you a slut-shamer for having concerns about casual sex and that you deny people queer joy because you're a monogamous puritan. Makes me envy those who seem to live with two brains that, somehow, are never at odds with each other in the skull.
With that, it's gross people's junk time.

So, it's been 6 months since my final surgery, I've been living my life without dysphoria and it has been great, I didn't even know I could feel like this, I feel joy but most importantly I feel peace. I haven't posted much because I've been very busy, I've moved out and decided to leave my country, started a new life with my partner, and it's been a wild ride, started to workout and now I have more confidence, my new goal is to have a fit body so I could post in smalldickfitbody haha.
Something I wasn't aware of when I was dysphoric was that I didn't have any goals or wishes that were unrelated to my transition since I was pretty miserable and if i did had I didn't give any attention because I couldn't live with myself before, now it's different because I realized that I do have other goals, like I want to get a car, I want to have a family, i want to learn new stuff and try new things, and I'm enjoying it, I'm enjoying my life now.
These are the photos I took this past months to show you my progress and my happiness, I'll always gonna be updating every once in a while but now I'm gonna focus on other stuff. Maybe my next post will be at 10 months or more. We'll see.
So I decided to make a comparison for a group of trans friends online I have in which I compared my dick with a cis microdick, I'm not gonna post it since it's not allowed and I had to delete the other post but I found it pretty informative in looks and size, if anyone wants to see it you can DM me.
There are some photos of where my scars are since some people wanted to see them.
I decided to try the extenders but after two weeks I forgot, maybe in a future I'll try once more but it's pretty difficult since I get bored easily, I know it works if you do it for a long time. (Metoidioplasty, UL, testicular implants, No V-nectomy, bifid scrotum).
If you have any question feel free to ask! You can see my whole process in this profile.

No pics, but this one made me laugh: After recovering for the last 9 weeks, Dry_Roll_6645, a patient of Dr. Marci Bowers, is struggling with... organisms. Those pesky organisms certainly are elusive, aren't they?
Is anyone else completely shocked by the borderline illiteracy of the average tranny at this point? They all write like lobotomized chimps. I'll come across posts that are borderline incomprehensible, and these people are thought of as literate enough to understand consent forms?

Difficulties having organism after srs

Does anyone have difficulties orgasiming after srs? Also any tips or certain vibrators better than others? I feel like I’m on the verge but it just stops. Anyone have any ideas thanks?
And to mix things up, PetFoxxyGirl, a patient of Dr. Esther Kim at UCSF, shows off some Mr. Garrison-style breast implants.

Yeah it's a manageable illness but it'll still shave a good 10 years off IMO, and that's assuming the patients got it together and get into treatment and don't fuck up the treatment with poor Rx adherence, which isn't a simple process, some of these pills need to be taken with food and others not and pts have to be really good about taking it every day at the same time of day, not to mention that they stop doing whatever behavior they were doing that got them HIV+ in the first place.

I understand that the Powers That Be want to destigmatize the illness, but pretending it's mostly harmless and the treatment is NBD is not the right approach. HIV =/= herpes.
but there’s a big increased risk purely and solely from HIV alone for dementia and various things and also from the drugs taken as PreP and antivirals.
This was the sort of thing I was hired to study. I'd get IC and then we'd draw patient blood, like 6 ounces of it too a decent bit, and the brain trust at the lab could get quantitative levels for markers of inflammation and epigenetic changes and genotype the HIV strain the pt had, if detectable. (the PIs believed the HIV Associated Neurocognitive Disorder, i.e. HAND, was caused by excessive chronic inflammation.) They'd also grab viral counts and CBCs and so on, I'd take a detailed history of drug use and which ARVs they were on and had historically tried, and then we had people divided into different groups by which SUD medication management they used (or not): methadone*, bupe, still using, or control (HIV but no hx of IVDU, that filled up pretty quick.) The hardest group to capture was "still using" because those people would fall off the grid all the time, go to jail, stuff like that, and they were always really hard to get informed consent for cause I, ever the sperg, had to judge whether or not they were sober. I fucked off after a fight with my bosses where one of these participants signed up for my study at like 9am, then showed me this horrid abscess on his neck, I told him to go to ER, and then he left campus to score and reported to ER at 2pm "disoriented and intoxicated". So they thought he was like that at consent too. I showed them the timestamps on Epic and how there was like 6 hours in between visits and one PI admitted "well.... he MIGHT have used in between..." and I said "you think?!" and the condemnation I got from the other PI for calling a spade a spade was so bad I cleaned out my desk the next day. God I applied for that job twice too. I was so disappointed when I realized this was not going to work out.

TL;DR: Stan loved science, but it didn't love her back, it was very disappointing and sad, and now she works for her Church where people appreciate her and respect her time and it doesn't take an hour to get there each way.

*methadone is like golden handcuffs though, in the sense that it relieves the withdrawal from H but its own withdrawal is even worse and more protracted and I knew pts who had a goal to go down by 1mg/mo to nothing and these plans usually foundered because methadone withdrawal sucks so much worse. Most of them were on a maintenance dose for keeps and had to be "responsible" with the prescription lest they get sent back to the humiliating ritual of showing up at 5am to some downtown clinic every day for a dram of methadone.

And I do t give a shot about the trannies nd big chasers but I do feel for kids getting it, and needlestuck health workers, rape victims and those who will get it from blood products
I feel bad for all but the bug chasers. The life of heroin/fent addicts is insanely bleak, troons are mentally ill and incapable of risk/benefit assessment, gay bottoms are just unfortunately more likely to get it, same as African American women unfortunately because their men go have gay hookups and then have sex w them unprotected. and obviously the people who got it from crime or horrible needlestick and splash accidents are not to blame in the least. I had hoped the blood products loophole had been closed through thorough testing of every donation, but I pray nothing slips through the cracks.
