So as expected, Judge did all the work for Russel who sat on his hands and said nothing actually relevant to the case while bitching that the evil Kiwis are the only reason that people don't buy his extremely shitty music.

We'll be back here in June and Russel will have done absolutely nothing.

So Russ is trying for a Jury trial because he thinks being retarded is more sympathetic than being Kiwi Farms, a website(Yes, I know it was corrected).

Is it against the rules to force the jury to listen to his song to convince them that his damages are $0. Maybe some excerpts from the book too.

Wasn't the song immediately deleted anyways? Thought the main claim to contributory copyright infringement was for the google drive link
It was not immediately deleted from what I remember (and posted contemporaneously about). However, I refuse to be Greer's witness on this matter (and I could be lying)...

Glad I got home in time for it. Hardin not getting more than 25 questions is ridiculous. He's somehow going to have to fit in Russell's claims in other litigation contradicting his claims in this one.
I think it can be done via the drip method - 5 questions at a time.

A few years ago, I had an entertainment agent reach out to me and they suddenly lost interest in me and they said it was because of all of the online stuff about you. And all of these kiwi farms people lambasting my name.

Pictured: the famous music producer who had a totally serious offer for Russel's world changing music.

Judge - So, the you are seeking the loss of the market value of what you want to put into the market?

Russ - I’ve been denied the opportunity, really. A few years ago, I had an entertainment agent reach out to me and they suddenly lost interest in me and they said it was because of all of the online stuff about you. And all of these kiwi farms people lambasting my name. And I’m just stuck between a rock and a hard place. The loss of the market, damages of prospective damages. I can’t remember what it’s called…
Ya see this is how I know this is a paraphrasing/notes and not a transcript because Russ is speaking coherently.

Thanks, I want to listen in but i don't have a zoom
fux my zoom has to update!
I know this is after the fact so it doesn't really help, but next time, if you click the "Launch Zoom" button a couple times the page will assume the launch failed and offer to let you view on the website, which doesn't require an account and so can be done anonymously. I think that it previously always had that link, so the fact that they're hiding it now probably means they don't want people using it because they can't sell all your data without an account but at least for now that's how it works.

Thank you, that's good to know! I need an account for work-related purposes but would have been happier being anon on something like this. My account name dosen't reveal me, but still opsec says don't expose anything unnecessarily.

Of course the point was moot: I wasn't able to join anyhow under my account or otherwise. It said I was just waiting to be allowed it, but it never happened. Ah well. It's not like I missed anything world-shaking from the sounds of it, just the chance to see poor Based Hardin get frustrated, and it sounds like the judge got a bit of a taste in what he was dealing with in Russtard "Hold my plights" Greer.

I don't think the judge gives a shit what Russ claims elsewhere, that's someone else's problem. The upside to that is that the judge also doesn't sound interested in the Russ "they ruined my life" claims for damages. It strikes me that he wants to keep this case limited to the specific claim here.
