Glad I got home in time for it. Hardin not getting more than 25 questions is ridiculous. He's somehow going to have to fit in Russell's claims in other litigation contradicting his claims in this one.
I might be being naïve, but I'm not overly worried about this. Part of the reason Hardin wanted more than 25 was for the litigation history, yes, but it felt like a majority of the reason he wanted more was that he was preempting Russ being a little weasel with the questioning and requiring clarifying questions to really corner him into answering. To the Judge's benefit, he repeated that he would be open to motions for more questions after the fact if the 25 weren't enough, and I think he's seen enough of Russ to know that he may need to liberally grant those motions. Part of me wonders if maybe Hardin would have been able to haggle with the judge a bit rather than sticking with his request for 100, but I'm going to remain optimistic on this front until I'm proven otherwise.

It's pretty frustrating watch this Judge treat this insanely old case as just an average case. It's almost like he wants this case to continue to drag on.
Not at all. That judge knows what's what.

Please adjust expectations. He has to be neutral and professional ("judicial") . What I heard is that he will keep the case to the narrow set of issues remaining, will keep the case in check, and that he fully understands Russ is a tard (it was not a kindness to ask Russ if he understood that he needs to watch the Court's videos on what to do/not do; it was because he doesn't want Russ's usual fuckups and wants it on record that he was specifically told what to do and asked to confirm he understood).

Also, he can tell Hardin knows what he's talking about - and that they speak a language Russ doesn't. I can't tell you how I know that specifically, but I saw it. And credibility matters. It won't necessarily overcome all other considerations, or change whether he ultimately thinks a case was proved or not, but it is valuable.

Ya see this is how I know this is a paraphrasing/notes and not a transcript because Russ is speaking coherently.
I'm wondering how much of the court reporter's transcript is going to be, "[unintelligible]".

Also, magistrate has an interesting background. He's an environmental law guy of some distinction:

If you dial in to a Zoom call, does it tell you how many people are participating/observing? I'm just wondering because I was really looking forward to hearing Russell complaining about all of the people who definitely were stalking him from Kiwi Farms.

I really hope Hardin goes after proof of being approached by the biz. Because there's just no way. Russ is far from the worst person in entertainment, we're far from the worst gossip site even for real celebrities, and Russ' music is absolutely awful. If Russ actually had talent, and was going to be the name on the cover, then I could see us scaring off people, taking a risk with a newcomer might be too much with us as a background. But Russ would be so far behind the scenes that almost no one would care about us. ETA: plus, he could use a stage name and with proper opsec we might not find out for ages, if ever.

I'd bet anything that Russ is talking about "Katy" right there, which was funny but could actually hurt us.

There were like 44ish at one point.

It said 50, IIRC

Yup, there were 48 the last time that I looked, I was just wondering if Russell would have known. Everybody else seemed to be accessing the Zoom the way the good lord intended, Russ was the only one who dialed in on the telephone.
I believe there's an option for phone callers to get "NIGGER HAS ENTERED THE CALL" notifications but it has to be set by the account owner and it rarely is, because it's annoying as fuck. I can't recall if that announces to everyone.

If he didn't react, he didn't know.

Where's the link to judge awesomepants videos? I want to do some homestudy!

That was my assumption, but always nice to have clarification (and yes, that would be horrendously annoying).

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066460 covers it apparently, and it's a "everyone or noone" setting

As for why the judge didn't let anyone else in, the default setup requires the host to continue to allow waiting room participants in, and since he had his niggers, he couldn't be arsed to.

An actual court hearing would have had an aide to keep doing that, likely. Or let them in in bulk at breaks.
Which videos pertain to this case?
I assume the first three:

Rule 34 Done Right

Rule 26 Initial Disclosures (Damages)

Rule 26 Initial Disclosures (Witnesses)

You can search about it by googling "russell greer rule 34"

oh goodness this judge is funnier than Rick's standup

"Greetings everyone. I'm magistrate Judge Jared Bennet and let's talk about rule 34 done right. You're only going to hear my voice instead of see my face, because as my mom would say, I have a face for radio."

Russ doesn’t want to do interrogatories or schedules. He wants to shortcut directly to a jury, explain his plights, and blow them away with his awesome story. They’ll all suck him his penis, shut down the Farms, and throw Null in prison. That’s what will totally happen..

i think ariana grande might suck the greer dick for some cash seeing as her career tanked.

We should watch all of his vidoes (audios) twice, just to get more informed.
