This one is actually fascinating if you dig into it. It is pretty settled that HIV does cause AIDS so that bit is kooky, but RFK does also hit an interesting point where it is very likely that the stuff Fauci pushed -accelerated- the HIV to AIDs. All AIDs really is, is the point where the immune system is so damaged it completely breaks down. HIV does cause steady damage over time to the immune system. The drugs being used to 'treat' it just damaged the body and immune system more, taking what would have been a slow decline and turning it into a rapid descent.
