The Eloy Immigration Court rooms are inside the detention facility Pajeet is at, so I doubt that non-relevant people have access to it. There's also no docket lookup online. I checked.

You're hosting a party and people can get an invite if they are funny and bring food and drink. Everyone that is part if your circle of friends can stay for as long as they want but the newcomers either have to prove funny and become friends or they get an amount of time and then have to leave.
