I've been laughing at all these stupid troons chimping out over El Niño. However, how do they refuse to see the obvious contradictions and lies Shrek is spreading?

Any troons reading this, read the following and question Greta's changing narrative:
  1. Greta admitted their marriage was not valid in interviews because record of his divorce from a previous marriage was 'lost' by the state records dept. (allegedly). How does this happen and why did he do nothing to resolve this in 2 years?
  2. Marrying a US citizen doesn't not auto-grant a green card or citizenship status you dumb as fuck troons. You get married then apply like everyone else and it's a standard, easy process if your marriage is valid and if you're not here illegally.
  3. Nina stayed here on an expired visa, went full troon (changing his name and gender) then did not notify immigration.
  4. Greta and El Niño e-begged for money to hire a lawyer for their green card paperwork after their marriage and yet they didn't do shit nor did Greta fix his divorce issue. Where did that money go?
  5. Why are they going down the asylum route if they're married and El Niño can obtain a green card?
  6. Troonflakes should not be granted any special rights over other people trying to emigrate legally. You're mentally ill but no different than anyone else.
People are granted asylum when their life is in jeopardy if they return to their home country. For example, if they will be stoned, beheaded, or imprisoned for religious or political issues. If your only issue is your home country won't recognize you by you're preferred gender or won't recognize your gay marriage, tough shit.

We're reasonably certain that's already happened once during the #FREEPAJEET saga and Greta barely lasted 24 hours before going full retard and spewing :autism: milk all over social media again.

Another option is that Nino "is not in custody' of ICE for the duration of the bond hearing or whatever session is happening today. As the image on the previous page says it can mean "in custody of another agency" and just be a means to log that they are "not in possession of said person anymore". If that's the case anything could happen, including Nino getting back into ICE detainment after whatever hearing is happening ends.

They are on PST and I'm sure things are very crowded and busy after the holidays. I figure if Nina gets to post bond today we won't hear about it until this evening. They will probably be stuck waiting around IC all day. On the dockets clients with lawyers (lawyer actually there) get to go first, then all the people without attorneys. Even if she gets her bail lowered, and they can post it, she probably won't get processed and released until 7 or 8 PM.

I'd be surprised if she doesn't get bail. I think the most likely reason she may not get bail is either something we aren't aware of is going on that raised a red flag with ICE or the judge, or they didn't lower the amount sufficiently enough for Greta to have it on hand today.

Believe me, I'd be very glad if this illegal scammer had to sit in detention while her fraudulent asylum claim was made, but I figure they need the room for all the arriving aliens, immigrants with no resources/lawyers and felons in that system that can't get or afford bail under any circumstances. The other possibility is the judge looked at it and said he wanted her credible fear interview done before granting (or lowering) bail, since she's seeking relief under an asylum claim (not being married to a citizen). Pretty funny that Greta fucked old Nina that hard and only pretended to legally marry her.

Yeah I think she's just getting v& to her hearing or w/e so they log her out, then log her back in when she gets back.

Not really. You might just get a ten year ban if you voluntarily deport but basically the only upside is getting out of detention. However, once you get nabbed by ICE as an illegal and it's a fact you over-stayed a visa you're fucked. If you leave the country you will not be coming back to the USA legally ever, not even as a tourist. That's why so many people stay in detention because once they leave the country it's game over and typically a lifelong ban.

I was about to bring this up-the reason Greta's being so silent may possibly be because Nina elected for the "willing deportation" bond. You know, that one I mentioned several dozen pages ago as a sum of money paid with the promise that you're kicking yourself out.

I don't think it likely that Pajeet is doing so, but man I can dream.
