That might have been disproven, but there was a researcher that was certain part of the cytotoxicity was that. You just start storing the excess in your liver and it never gets used.

Ping didn't work but I saw it.

Fructose surpluses actually cause some problems due to how little of your body can directly use it. Yes, the every cell in your body turns glucose into fructose (after slapping on a phosphate) but biology is retarded like that, and most tissues won't take up fructose from the blood stream.

While I'm at it, besides your liver, this is it as far as your body being able to use fructose:
  • Your small intestine can actually metabolize fructose, so no need for the liver to get involved for their sake, hooray.
  • Kidney cells can use fructose but only when there is a high amount of it, probably to protect itself.
  • Skeletal muscle can use it if you're seriously working out, but ordinarily not.
So what does the Liver do?
  • Conversion into Glucose and Lactate
  • Conversion to Fat
  • 15 trillion other fucking pathways we barely scratched the surface of.
What's the problem? No direct insulin response, leading to:
  • Metabolic syndrome and diabetes.
  • Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
  • Obesity
  • Heart issues
What do we do?

DON'T EAT TOO MUCH SUGAR.

Russia isn't losing to the hohol hordes though they gain ground each day and the Ukrainian male population drops and loses morale with each passing shell a majority of Donetsk will be in Russian hands before Trump takes office most likely. Several Ukrainian brigades fighting without rest several cauldrons opening leaving with their tail between their legs throughout this year alone unless z-man decides he can keep letting Ukrainian men be slaughtered because he just can't/won't give up for Russia its a time and numbers game and their manpower reserve is much greater than the entirety of Ukraine.

Is Russia just allowed to do whatever it wants because some fraction of their nukes might make it off the ground and some fraction of that might actually do more than give people heavy metal poisoning? I'd say no.

Have you got any evidence the Russians have made an explicit intention of invading countries westwards beyond Ukraine. Or are you just following the media blackpilling and hysterics from commentators?

Ukraine are the ones who are finding out.
Considering Zelensky was elected on a platform of peace, he's done a shit job of it (the decision was made by the Americans though) and his country is being physically wrecked.

It's no different from the Americans invading Iraq, bombing Libya/Syria and invading Panama/Grenada. The one who holds the big sticks makes the rules.

The objectives of this conflict was to goad Russia into a war, while spilling no U.S. soldiers blood, take a significant military toll, bankrupting the Russians (through excessive military spending) and damaging their political on power.
They also spun it to get a lot of ground level support for Ukraine.
Almost 3 years later, they achieved a few of these objective. But in a similar way to the Russians thinking they would get their way with a token show of force, they underestimated the way it went.
The U.S. are going to pull back. The Europeans are also losing their solidarity and funding.

You know, for all the crying journofags do about Trump not treating them with respect, at least Trump entertains them and gives them the time to speak their peace. Biden can't (or won't) even do THAT.

If journofags were smart, they would take out their anger on Biden instead.
