"You only think I was denied! That's what's so FUNNY and WEIRD! I switched the filings while your back was turned!!! Ha ha, you NERD! YOU DORK! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is 'Never get involved with a PRACTICING lawyer!' - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go against a Balldo when coke is on the line"! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha..".

He's just delaying the inevitable ass beating from the legal system.
This didn't even delay anything. Was this another $5K, $10K he might as well have just spent on cocaine? The appeals court didn't even issue a stay delaying the lower court case, and the state didn't even spend a dime or a minute of their time.

They won by doing nothing while Balldo felted himself.
OOPS! That doesn't sound good. It's not as if the entire point of the petition was supposed to be explaining that.
Interlocutory review of an evidentiary issue is almost never granted. When it is granted, it requires a very strong showing. Instead, Balldo put on no showing at all why a completely cut-and-dried, routine denial of a motion deserved immediate review. None. At all.

Little Lord Balldoroy just thinks he should get special rules for him and him alone.
Rekieta is the Patrick Tomlinson of lawyers.
Tomlinson was at least at one point a practicing writer.

Nick will no doubt cope that you just 'have to' put forward these frivolous motions in case something sticks. But you don't. A sound legal strategy involves knowing where the areas of best effort are, the scattershot approach only makes sense if you have infinite time and resources, and the State has infinite patience, none of which are true. The time he wasted on this bullshit should've been put towards securing a plea deal, or if he's really mega dumb, preparing his defence.

One of the arguments White made in his petition was that "The question of what must be shown in the social media video context to demonstrate unreliability has never been directly answered in the context of a Franks motion."
So far as I remember, that is quite literally the only sentence in the whole petition that was even remotely germane to the issue raised, and he never elaborated on it. I mean so what? Who cares? Why's that important? More importantly, why does it need to be resolved on an emergency basis?

No reason at all.

Whatever would establish unreliability, a fucking "watermark" (which was not even a watermark) is not it. So why would this be the case to decide the issue?

It's the same strategy he used on Null to get him to fix his thread, mention the issue and then wait for them to act on it without being told what to do, then when they don't fix it he'll passive aggressively seethe.

so we are at plea deal by end of month or court.
plea is for drugs & X punishment.
for optics will he try to get plea deal adjusted because ralph witness & data tampering no be seperately charged.
will procesuction not ask about witness tampering.

Time for another Coke, Cope and Cry stream
Sequels usually disappoint and Nick himself seemed to have gone into this already defeated.

I don't think this second Denialocaust is going to get him to melt down anymore than he already has been.

Right, but on the other hand he's been incredibly agitated last week.

You know, like going from 0 to 100 and going from 100 to 140, I'm betting on the second one.

I just wanted to make a Coke and Cope stream joke tbh.

Because Nick deserves to be Bullied like the N-word he is.
