Cartoon Industry thread - Showcasing the Spergery of the Animation Industry

Who'd have thought Gravity Falls would inspire so much faggotry in animation?
Anyone who remembers that not only was Dipper based on Alex Hirsch himself, but Wendy was based on Lauren Faust, an older CalArts alumni and Robbie was based on Craig McCracken. Basically, Hirsch showed the entire world the one-sided crush he had on an already taken woman he knew back in school. Sad!

Wait - On the wikia, it says that (((Hirsch))) had a crush on an older girl back in school, and she's a mix of ladies he admired. Is it really Lauren Faust and he's just making stuff up? If that's the case, lol...

Pacifica is more on his age range, and I could see the two getting along once the two get older. But I don't care about shipping, anyway.

Max of HotDiggityDemon and well known internet animator is a troon chaser.

Tib Tub, We Need You: What if Steven Universe but just the slice of life episodes and instead of lesbian minerals we had a giant vore robot?

Not a surprise since previously he's hornyposted thirsting after femboy ass.
Also god damn, what a fucking modern day tragedy to see a ripped gigachad like that dude throw away his looks to be a pudgy facsimile of something he never will be, what a waste.

I mean, despite the homo cops at the very end, it sounds pretty good - you could ALMOST, ALMOST say it was a "Harry Potter" of animated series, that some wanted to replicate it. Maybe, I guess?
When it came to Sheriff Blubs and Deputy Durland, if you were suffering from gay brainrot back in the day, you could say it was an early example of dudes forcing gay stuff into a cartoon, but for the most part they were meant to be comic relief characters more than anything else. You really weren't meant to take them seriously like Ruby & Sapphire, for example.

What happened at the end is that Blubs and Durland professed their love for each other and then fired a cannon, as a way for the animators to throw the shippers/fujos on Tumblr a bone. (You know, because Blubs x Durland is "cannon"?) I dunno why the fujos wanted two hillbilly cops to profess their love to each other, but this was 2015/16, where the gays were high off Jailbreak and #LoveWins, and wanted anything and everything to be gay.

There actually were moments where Disney put their foot down, like when the Love God in Season 2 originally had a trans gender symbol on his necklace that got changed to be both a male and female gender symbol, and they removed a small gag where one of his potions caused two girls (I think) to make out. That was in late 2014, when gay stuff in cartoons was starting to ramp up after the progressives were emboldened by GamerGate brainshock.

GET FUCKED DUMBASS
Just want to say for all the viral moments that this “lost episode” received, I still say that “Moon Girl” is the most predictable and unmemorable cartoon that I ever had the chance to witness. It speaks volumes that you managed to make “The Owl House” look more interesting than this absurd “trans” episode that did not even to fit the theme of what the cartoon was trying to achieve.

That one is easy to explain, it's funny. Two dumb ugly old cops buttfucking on the side in a kids cartoon is just funny.

Despite the reputation shipping is mainly done for the fun of it. While some go absolutely bonkers most girls are just enjoying themselves and don't take particularly seriously. Most shipping is done semi serious because the girls into it find the couple cute, hot or interesting rather than funny but crack ships have always been part of the deal. Women may not be funny but they do have sense of humor, that why funny guys get laid.

The genuinely popular ships are Bill/Dipper, Dipper/Pacifica, Mabel/Pacifica and Dipper/Mabel.

Is there any good example of fans using an unmade script to animate a proper finale episode of a cartoon outside the Dungeons and Dragons cartoon? The Dungeons and Dragon-fan animated finale had a budget of a Big Mac, but it still would've made a better D&D 50th anniversary special than the all the cringe-woke bullshit WOTC and Hasbro been putting out.

Max if you're reading this, trooning out won't make you any less bald
Probably should of saw it coming that he would fall in the troon pipeline. He often complained that he didn't have a girlfriend and his reasons for it came off as incel like. His cartoon version wasn't even parody of himself. "Oh poor me, I'm bald, fat and have a skin condition! No woman wants to date, even thought I'm a talented animator, and a really funny and quirky guy! Incel-ism and trooning out go hand to hand.

He used to be a brony so I predict he'll eventually troon out or go nonbinary in a feable attempt to get "le hot goth mommy".

BTW anyone who is STILL attracted to goth women are mentally stunted retards who haven't grown pass high school.
