I wonder if Jet's spaceship project will happen just like Sam's video game project.
It's 100% vaporware. There's no way they can massively increase in scale while still being able to keep their cover during casting. Not to mention, there's no real room to grow unless they actually get syndicated. An investor would just be giving them money to... let them have more money.

Ahoy Maties!

It's exceedingly obvious that Jet and Ben are not good people. Seeing a desperate drug addict like Jeff be tortured and humiliated to breaking point solely for their entertainment is sadistic. Also, hearing Jet seethe at Mizzy today when she refused to publicly damage her own reputation in that retarded "darkest thing I ever did" challenge makes me suspect Franks relentless reign of terror at Mizzy today was intended as a punishment for her that I feel even Sam recognised as too much.

Sam on the other hand doesn't strike me as cruel or evil. He's fair in how he tests people and exposes them for who they really are; good or bad. Giving people opportunities to prove they can overcome adversity or improve themselves, or exposing liars and frauds and humbling them for it, all with absurdist comedy as a backdrop. That's where Fishtank shines. But the hardship and the chaos has to be justified otherwise its no better than your usual subversive Jewish garbage.

I don't want to watch the /r9k/ retards powertrip show, where he tortures people for ego and personal amusement and where show running decisions are made emotionally.

I want to watch the Sam show, where each modern day retard is tested and either moulded into something better or destroyed, all based on their own merits, and show running decisions are made objectively based on what would make a good story.

Let alone the fact that they can barely mic a room and the website still breaks frequently at the start of every season. I know the wiggers work hard but building a fake spaceship that isn't just a painted room would be infinity more work than putting cameras up in a house.

No, Nigger.

Sounds like you’re watching the wrong show. The project was codenamed Hellhouse in production for a reason.

I don't watch the show because I think it's made by good people, I watch it to laugh at retards.

You can look at my last few posts in here and I clearly find aspects to be in poor taste but I'm still watching.

I don't need this to be Sam being internet daddy for disaffected youth and failed actors. I want to see Burt go on a bloodgames adventure. I want to see Luke make these retards miserable with his nicknames 3 weeks later. I don't really care about the ethics of it, just the entertainment.

wasn't sam's video game idea unironic?
I think so, but every time I hear him talk about game design he sounds like a bozo.

Saying shit like there's no reason to build simple games with one interesting mechanic. Talking about how budgets and time constraints aren't good.

Yeah, the Wright Brothers should have just built a spaceship, their thing was say.

Don't take what Jet said about Mizzy in the confessional so seriously. It was just a bit.

Also, Frank targeted Mizzy more than others because the Wiggers knew Mizzy could take it, unlike Binx or Payton.

It's hard to fully disagree with you. I don't know if they think that Frank Hassle is an armor against them getting part of the feedback/responsibility from what he does to people.
I think the true test will be in what happens to some of these people after the show has finished - Burt in particular is extremely vulnerable (his family sent a police wellness check today) and Jeff has been put back in a room that seemed to trigger PTSD for him last time.

And I do agree with you that I do wish that the tests were more in line with what you are suggesting but unfortunately few of these people (Alex in particular) are really going to be able to see the error of their ways.

Anyway, someone already said that this show is highly unethical to begin with, and I tend to agree:
Re: the multi page argument about whether or not Burt is a bad person, or if any of the fish are good people - it doesn't matter. Nobody who watches Fishtank is a good person, it's a highly unethical webstream about torturing a bunch of mentally ill people. We're on a website founded on the basis of torturing an incredibly autistic man. Don't worry about it.

I alluded much earlier in this season (can't be fucked to find it) that if they attract the kind of negative attention that bumfights and some forms of hardcore porn got then they may well get legal attention (and not the kind where contestants are suing them). I've also said that when it comes to what else is online (ignoring illegal stuff) that the streamers on Kick seem to do way worse shit than this stream. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Honey if it's too much for you just turn it off and go get your Black Magic coloring pencils and Florida Man coloring book out and chill. I say this unironically. Not all entertainment is for everyone, sometimes when I watch the Ukranian torture cube (The Square Hut, people being tormented 24/7 basically, they do hardcore sadomasochistic shit for money, there is no veneer of humanity in The Square Hut) I get fucked up. I turn it off. There are levels, and if it's beyond your level if you moralize about it, that's a you thing. It exists for a reason, and there is an audience for it, and it's just not you Nigger Faggotson. It's not me either, sometimes. Don't patronize it, don't buy season passes, don't buy merch. That's all you personally can do if it fucks you up that much.

But trust me, what they're doing over there is nothing compared to what's out there. It's pretty low-level.
