If Dr Joe is as much of a narcissist as Dave makes out, I'd expect any part of the inheritance left to Dave would be awash with caveats.
Money in a trust and Dave has to meet conditions to get his monthly check.

They generally do weigh people when they book them rather than just taking the weight off the driver's license or asking them what they weigh. He looks shorter than 5'5" to me in many pix, too. If you slouch, you get shorter and your midriff expands, so maybe that's his beauty secret.

Dave will get a slap on the wrist, some probation and maybe a order to leave his parents alone. He's a first time offender, it's a minor crime and Dave is a gender special whom the court will probably treat with kid gloves.
We shall sup on the spergout afterwards, I have zero doubt that ole Davey will go on a most masculine rage rant once the trial is over and the shock wears off.
After all both his father and his brother are extremely powerful people who control both the corrupt police and courts so of course Davey will be found guilty and given extra harsh treatment due to their vendetta against him.

No, Dave has only ever been prescribed the bare minimum "starter" dose of HRT and nothing else. When he showed off all his medications and supplements there was only one HRT bottle which was a very low dose of I want to say estradiol. Dave is low effort even by the standards of low effort trannies.

Ah I remember David's early days when we are all arguing whether he was a troll or actually a troon.
All he did was change his name on his profile, which was a fat dumpy man in a suit with a beard even and then demand everyone call him Danielle and to suck this woman's dick if he didn't meet what they thought a woman should look like. It was so on the nose I was convinced he was a masterful troll.

The Tennessee DA dropped the charges due to Davey moving away. Wasn't much point in prosecuting a minor drug implement charge on a out of state person.

@Morshu's Paradise the pre trial conference could be really interesting, but they happen in chambers a lot of time. Id call ahead and see if they hold pre trials in open court or in chambers.
