Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

I read about the children of god in highschool in a psych class. I read more stuff at home and watched a video on it a few months ago. Its wild that every single time theres more info thats even more sickening. Theres so much horrific stuff in this still active cult that will likely never be public. It is what happens when you mix Christianity with hippie dippie ethos. Makes you understand the idea that evil can only corrupt.
On a smaller camp shit like this reminds me of Jesus Camp it's on the lower end of brainwashing and indoctrination but the context is relatively the same. Having grown up southern baptist i am at least fortunate i never lived anywhere they had these places and i agree the worst part is that these cases are almost never public. It's probably because of the stigma behind freedom of practice and the fact that people just see it as "normal" when it is anything but.
I don't like a society that actively dunks on religion (read: only Christianity) because then we spawn reddit agnostic athiest faggots who suck tranny dick and be degenerate while espouting that skydaddy isn't real, but then I see cases like Children of God that reminds me why overly Christian types always skeeved me the fuck out over their dogma. Something something pastors alone with kids.
Less we forget how a while back Atheism+ got hijacked by agenda people. A normal society is one ok with everyone being able to mock and take the heat because it shows the character of peolpe and their groups. I'd argue nowadays christians are more relaxed with this kind of thing since most of them stopped caring and i don't blame them but folks shouldn't be too hush all the time.

I don't care if I sound like a fedora tipper, any organization that encourages your kids to be alone with any adult is asking for these pedos to invade.

The thing is if these channels use big boy words they can't make money. You expect people on the internet to create stuff just for fun? It's 2024 baby.
It's not just that they don't make money, but the algorithm won't promote them either. If there is a channel that doesn't self censor, you are going to need to dig for it.

And yet somehow I still get recommended compilations of old AVGN clips which are way filthier than anyone would ever make today. Swearing or using the word "rape" is allowed and youtubers complaing are juat upset they aren't getting youtube change in addition to their Patreon check.

If you mean a video getting age restricted that is a death sentence for the algorithm but it's a rare occurrence and you can search "The Family International" and get videos and television specials from the 90s that frankly use terms like "abuse" available without a sign in. Some of these are even the very same sources Nick uses unaltered.

But you are not getting recommended them in related videos or trending, which is how channels grow. You can find all sorts of old, strange, and uncensored videos on youtube if you go diving or use specific titles or are subbed to a lot of small niche channels. Even when you search that, the first two results are the "safe" crime channels before you get to the actual videos.

did Dire Trip make a video about a guy who ended up killing someone (or multiple people, I forget) but he did so being inspired by the movie Taxi Driver and dressing up as Travis during it?

I can't seem to find it, I think it was a case surrounding a mass shooting but I can't tell. I just know it was heavily inspired by Taxi Driver and that probably Dire Trip covered it. It could've been Coffeehouse Crime but I doubt it. I watched his Pop Culture Crime compilation video but didn't see it.
Tried looking up "crime inspired by Taxi Driver" on YT but couldn't find it. I feel like maybe none of it happened and that Im probably remembering a dream,

Latin American videos are fucked even without the Mexican cartel execution videos. A gas attendant lady had a mental breakdown after witnessing a truck full of dead children and the aftermath of a bath salt zombie being punched in the face. Baby getting attack by a lion on live TV. Gang members hold a live talk show hostage. TV broadcast hijacked with footage of body bags. Mexican prank show intentionally trying to give victims heart attacks.
