A fair stance to take - but Nick has been sober in all of his streams until very recently.
He was clearly fucked up on that Melton stream. I know a lot of people claimed he was cheating tests, but the tell is that he was openly talking about how he would be back on the whisky as soon as he is able to.
Then you add into it the increase in reckless behavior, such as exposing his access to Aaron's Google account and it all fits together.
I'm not so sure.
Yes, Balldo was slurring and clearly under the influence on that Melton stream. He was also when he did a cooking stream after. His hands were shaking in one as well.
Ultimately all we know is CPS were pushing for 60 days of clean tests before returning the kids. He got the kids back around 60 days after that last court record. Nick tells us he is still having tests.
1. We have no idea when he last tested or his current frequency.
2. We don't know what he is tested for. 5 panel? 10 panel? Alcohol?
Nick appeared manic to me when he was doing streams before his pause. Perhaps a prescribed stimulant.
I'm fairly sure the reason why Nick doesn't sit to stream is because he literally can't stay still. Substance, or lack thereof, related.
There is something about the way April and Nick were tweeting. Like they know something you don't about their testing situation. The way they were saying something like "As far as the government is concerned....".
Each case is different. Nick was eager to point out that he completed out patient rehab. My guess is this was at the request of CPS. June, July, August, September, October. It's entirely feasible CPS has stopped testing already or dropped the frequency and/or reduced what they are tested for. He seemed so spiral more a couple of weeks back. That would be around 90 days after the kids were returned.
I think there is a strong correlation that Nick had his last test and got drunk to celebrate it, maybe mixed with prescribed meds, fucked up on what he revealed about Aaron in his drunken state, likely to stick it to people here, even though nobody cares about Aaron here.
