Are you lost needing femoid advice post here - For the poor bastard's who dare or are just curious

This is a question for the mothers (or parents really) on KF:

How do you monitor what your children do on the internet? I am mostly thinking about pornography, but also other things. Its clear to me that certain sides of the internet causes complete brainrot in people, and I want to protect them. I don't want my children to troon out, or think that choking in bed is normal, or be groomed by pedophiles, or any of all that depressing shit. My oldest children both has phones, as well as all their classmates.

My wife is not that concerned, so maybe I am overreacting. But she isn't a farmer either.

I am not saying this to be funny, but have you young folks forgotten how to go out drinking?
Ma'am, I'm straight edge, I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't party, I don't restaurant (unless it's a really special occasion), no clubs, no none of that stuff. So respectfully, I never knew how to in the first place.

I would suggest not giving them a phone till their 18. If they are 18 and if you know them well, just make note of what they might be susceptible to online. Take a peek at what apps they have from time to time. Some of this has to involve some level of invasion of privacy but it's only if you don't trust them to make the right decision. Personally I was never given access to social media or mobile phones till I was 18. After 18 I mainly used reddit till COVID, then some public discords which weren't pozzed, then 4chan then here. I was and still am extremely averse to suggestibility, so I can't be influenced by absolutely anything which I attribute to me not being pozzed. If they are like that then they'll be fine.

I respect your stance. It is annoying to go out and not drink but it is possible and I always found it highly preferable to staying in and not drinking, but you have to know if that's an atmosphere you can be in and a behaviour you can be around.

I also genuinely have no fucking idea how young humans are supposed to mate if they do not go to parties or bars or other places where young people congregate for the purposes of social and hopefully romantic congress. I am not in any way joking about this. Literally everyone I know with a spouse met them at a party or in a bar or a club.

I feel like maybe I stumbled upon the missing piece of information in my understanding of why young people now find it hard to pair off. I thought you were still all going to parties and getting minced as per tradition and I did not understand why you had all lost all capability to drunkenly hit on each other.

Tell them that porn will fuck them up and make then unable to enjoy sex, talk to them about what they do online, it all starts with education. 18 is still mentally a child and they can do what they want at that age so it starts with education in my opinion. If they go to school with other kids, other kids can show them disgusting shit and you have no control.

I know a lot of people who do all those things. I'm just weird. I find loud sounds incapacitating, it impairs my thinking and I hate it, I find dancing and stuff cringey especially in public, I don't drink or binge eat cause I'm afraid of health issues, I really don't like crowds, I like comfort and stability so I prefer staying at home or small activities like cycling or a jog or a walk or visiting the park, things like that. Do I pass the dsm5 checklist for autism, idk, I don't want to know.

I am entering a majority female profession as a chud.

I have a girlfriend and I don't shit where I eat. Any words of wisdom on being an upstanding coworker?

That’s not straight edge. Straight edge is still edge, they know how to party etc, they choose to do so sober to enjoy it more. You’re just autistic.

Most women want to have male friends dont misinterpreted it as hitting on you unless they are asking you to come to their place alone . Just no. Always mention the gf, multiple times as a shield of unwanted attention emphasize it . Most women will get the hint those who don't welp use the hr.

Either way don't mention sex or anything sex related jokes included, no matter who starts the conversation just no. You can thank the internet for that most women view it as shittest/ disrespect / attempt to get into womans pants and will get you in trouble and on their shit list.

People give Jews a lot of shit, but the Hasidic community does this for all their kids and people should do the same. They have a kosher flip phone (yes I am serious). It can receive calls and text and that's about it.
Are you Jewish?

You forgot the biggest thing about the Hasidic. They're very aware what they are doing separates themselves from society and they're ok with it. They believe that traditional values and limited tech usage beyond what is nessary is what's best to create an maintain a strong family/community. They don't see iphones as bad but they see them as unnecessary. They don't reject technology like the Amish. They just feel that television and the like distract from what matters (family, children, your wife) and also might cause you to sin (too much Internet could lead to a porn addiction which would make you cheat on your wife). There are some parts which I find admirable and there are other parts I don't agree with. But I'll leave with this fun fact. Unlike Christianity Judaism promotes sex for purposes beyond procreation- The caveat being it has to be with your wife/husband. They say a you should be having sex which pleases your wife at least once a week, as good marial relations makes a good household. This is why Hasidic Jews despite being weird looking actually know how sex works. Right before they get married the rabbis (and the female equivalent) will sit them down and explain the rules of what you can and cannot do to your wife/husband and how sex works. This is opposite to what the Christians and Muslims do, where they just kick the woman out of the house and let their husbands have their way with them.

Final fun fact: In Judaism not having sex, not having pleasurable sex, forcing sex or withholding sex as a form of punishment on your spouse is grounds for a divorce.

Are you Jewish?
No, I just happen to live around them. Also you're missing my point. I am not saying people should emulate their life style. I see kids on iPads and smart phones everywhere, and when I walk through the Jewish neighborhood I see the kids running around and playing like how kids should. It's nice, that's all.

I dunno how you thought I was advocating for a Hasidic lifestyle.
