Thing is, it's been said many many times but a correct interpretation of the keys would have predicted a Trump win, it's just that Lichtman has fucking TDS. He didn't seem to think that Trump was charismatic (or a national hero, which he certainly was after being shot) and he didn't seem to think that the Afghanistan debacle counted as a military failure

Lmao, national hero? For getting shot in the fucking ear?

If that's all it takes, better give Paul Pelosi a medal of honor! Seriously, my fucking grandmother is braver than this guy.

From pages ago, but everyone seems to forget that it wasn't just mail in ballots in 2020. Joe Biden told everyone that, if he won, he was going to give everyone a check for $2000. It's insanely easy for me to believe that there are 10 million complete retards, who couldn't find the USA on the map, who would absolutely fill out a circle on the ballot that got mailed to them, and put it back in their mailbox to get picked up, for the promise of $2000.

edit: I guess what I'm really saying is that COVID gave the Democrats cover to do what they've always wanted to do, to openly and directly buy votes from retards using public funds.
And they did it in response to Trump sending people checks for covid relief. The best part is they didn't even follow through! Like dumbass, you can't buy votes if you don't pay for them! :story:

Wouldn't incumbency be a key in Biden's favour, though?

I'm afraid that I'd have to agree with Lichtman that Kamala Harris was not the incumbent
To the first part, not if the economy was shit, the admin was racked with scandals, and had bad foreign policy. All of which Biden had in spades. To the second one, Kamala was right there next to him the entire time, how is she not an incumbent?

You can't destroy vehicles and equipment on a runway or in a depot with your own weapons and a little elevation?

Wew boy.
I never said you can't do it, what I said is that makes you a combatant, and that's not what even the DPR and LPR were doing, they weren't using one guy at a time, that's not how military forces work.
Found the eurocuck
A civilian is someone who is NOT involved in military affairs in any capacity, that's not "eurocucking", that is literally the concrete definition of the term.

To be honest I don't remember the specifics but saw it reported that one of the keys that worked in Trump's favor was anti-incumbent sentiment so he didn't consider Kamala to be the incumbent or something.

I think considering how Biden was forced to abruptly drop out three months before the election and hand-picked his current VP who co-signed all of his policy then in this case Kamala should be considered the incumbent candidate. I can understand the other point of view though.

Yeah, the OP does an amazing job at distilling it down.

They crowdsource their moderation, so the entire user environment is 100% vulnerable to, and encourages, reactionary dogpiling, shadowbanning, and other tomfoolery. It is hilarious.
I guess I should be happy to know these people are only going to end up repeating history but part of me wants to strangle them regardless, it's like watching someone fail a videogame tutorial for a game you are familiar with.

The incumbent always has a lot of advantage, purely because 'better the devil you know'. Of course the devil in this case is shitty, corrupt and incompetent so I'd say that was a flaw in the model

Firstly because she never ran a damn thing. Secondly because, even though she admitted there wasn't anything she would have done differently from Biden, electing her would have meant new government and, in the very least, a new White House staff of even shittier, more corrupt and more incompetent people

Of course, because he has fucking TDS. But, this is a flaw in the model: Trump was a combination insurgent and incumbent candidate

Kamala was handed the incumbent's warchest, campaign staff, platform and national organization three months before the election. Her electors to the EC were all Biden delegates. I think in this one case she has to be considered the incumbent candidate. Everyone knew a vote for Kamala was a vote for the same people running Senile Joe's administration the past four years anyway.

This was just a weird set of circumstances and this is all academic. [fedora tip]

For turning his head at the last second by the grace of God earning himself a perceived divine mandate and then when he realized he was shot he took the heroic (and potentially foolhardy) path and stood up above those supposed to protect him shouting for his supporters to "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT".

You're a fucking retard trying to minimize just how important that moment was.

Can someone explain to me what Bluesky is? Is it just a lefty Twitter alternative (lol what an oxymoron)?
Pretty much
Buzy work for Jack Dorsey.
he got pushed out around 2019-2021
2023-quit bluesky was to much work people involved toxic & ecoc chamber. (twitter back pat meme)
same issues are involved like old 2017 twitter but more jannies & no venture captial / ad cash.
like null said its suppose to overshine other decentrralize platform( Mastodon - child porn issue).
Wiki cope:
2019 as a research initiative at Twitter, led by then-CEO Jack Dorsey, to explore decentralizing the platform

You know how Trump was totally removed from Twitter by tech bureaucrats and he started an alternative called Truth?

Well, now the obsequious bureaucrat bootlickers all got huffy and ran off to an alternative that someone else created called BS. I mean BlueSky.

I've been hearing chatter about breaking up the DHS, which pleases me greatly.

In this administration, will I be able to travel without a jobs program recipient dressed up as security shaking me down, and can my loved ones once again remain by my side until I am ready to board the plane?

Dare I dream that we will see the glorious return of The Before Times for just a minute before I die?

I have put off travel, hoping upon hope that one day it would be more affordable and less fucking stressful. You know, FUN. One should not have to set aside 2 days after one's return to decompress from the experience we call a "vacation."

eta: As long as I am posting my fantasy wish list, I also want to abolish automatic scoring at bowling alleys ffs. If you can't figure that shit out you shouldn't be bowling.

Even in the fucking debates when he brought up being shot it was just "oh yeah, that that happened". Literally the only people who cared were those already voting for him.

The 2nd Amendment, as understood by the Founders, was about securing the right of the American people to own the same weapons the government had access to, this included privately owned cannons and armed naval vessels. The Founders believed that the government of the United States should fear its people. George Washington would have supported full-automatic rifles for every American and crew served weapons for every home. Remember, teach the youngest children to operate the Ma Deuce, they're more suited to crew served weapons.

I think the funny part about it is that you could know absolutely nothing about the DHS and, going by only the title, you could still conclude that they have failed at their jobs.

I would love to sit on a table with these people and ask them what exactly have they done for the benefit of their citizens, or for the security of our homeland. I'm struggling to think of one aspect we are doing better at compared to before.

Reddit has literally nothing on Vance so they keep clinging to the sex with couches lie.

You know it's bad when people can't even articulate why they hate someone, it's just pure compulsion
I met up with some retard I knew in high school, who’s probably a groyper and he was talking about how Vance is a grifter and he couldn’t articulate why.

If they actually had anything on Vance to hit him with they would have used it during the election, I bet their were journalists all across the country paid a 30-40k salary reading every word of his book line by line trying to verify if anything was false.
