Nah bro, it's more complicated than that. Western Europe? We probably won't see a Franco-German war, they are far too interconnected and with their own internal problems to go that route, but some dumb shit in the Balkans? FOR SURE. There are always massive ethnic tensions, see for example Kosovo vs Serbia, Serbia vs Albania, Greece vs. Turkey, just a lot of old bad blood that's being kept down by the US. Without the cops around, wars will definitely break out.

Surely this is just a MLRS, right?

The tracers are slightly curved on some of them, are they maneuverable? Its nice to see that technology more and more these days (even if people are dying unfortunately)
