Ultimately the senate gop is full of complete faggots. Trump will have to bypass them. If it comes to it just appoint people to outside "advisory" positions like he did with Musk and then have them make "recommendations" that he implements via executive order. Hell just have gaetz set up shop in the DOJ and make a hundred recommendation EO's every morning that zips over to Trump when he wakes up to sign and let him run the place that way.

Fauci was also the main man pushing the early AZT based treatment for AIDS. It was ludicrously expensive, and over almost a entire decade it was pushed there was nearly no improvement on the outcomes for patients.

Then doctors switched away from AZT completly to totally different antivirals and treatment methods and AIDS mortality fell off a cliff.

As did profit margins for AIDSs treatments as these other procedures used much cheaper drugs with loads of variation and multiple patents.
