If Aaron noticed someone in bumfuck Minnesota using his Google account he should have contacted authorities without blasting it everywhere and specially he should not have told totally not Kinochet about it.
If skelly really did access Aaron's accounts he's super fucked and since he might have looked at confidential attorney client coms he might be disbarred, not that it matters to a non-practicing lolyer.
I wonder how much evidence Skeletor and Temu Vito can destroy before the cops come knocking. Hard to get rid of Google's records though.
I doubt it makes a difference.
Either someone was accessing Aaron's account without authorisation, or they weren't. Google has those logs. Google will send an alert when a new device logs in. So unless Aaron literally ignored a security alert email, which I wouldn’t put past him, as his situational awareness is highly questionable, Google will consider it the same device that first logged in. Logged to hell and back, essentially.
Added to the fact Nick was retarded enough to post a screenshot just to own people who called him a liar. He was for sure under the influence when he called Melton. Likely was when he posted the image.
If Melton described things present as well, that's another nail. Like the radio job pdf, 3k a month for 3 hours a day, selling ads, etc. "I was joking about that very specific thing that turned out to be true" isn't going to work.
I get the feeling Nick thinks because Aaron originally logged himself in he can wordsmith his way out of it. Just what he said on his stream about people needing to look into what happened there. Why Nick would think that when he has so far lost against Monty, Frank's hearing and the appeal to it is anyone's guess.
I caution Aaron against being smug because:
1. He sent a nude on stream to impress someone he barely knows and currently has a felony charge as a result.
2. In the complaint it literally says April accessed his message sent history for his phone. Change your damn passwords after that, at least!
3. Melton was hinting stuff for at least a month prior and he was oblivious.
I'm not sure I trust Aaron to even understand what happened. Although Nick has shown himself to be a retard, even I'm having doubts believing he was really dumb enough to confess to Melton, share stuff and post a damn image of it in the process.
