He claimed to know Germany764 and said he extorted someone '764 style'. If he was affiliated with 764 then I don't see how it's totally unreasonable that he would have some connection to groups that at least claim the O9A label. Whether that constitutes the actual O9A is a different question.

It's a philosophical question at that point, "How many degrees removed from the parent ingredient does something become something unrelated?" If 09A is water, and 764 is Carbonated Condensed Milk, do we say that Carbonated Condensed Milk is equal to water? Eh? Not really, but it uses the same water as the original so while there is influence, just because someone is drinking Carbonated Condensed Milk doesn't mean they are drinking water. Sure, they are drinking a liquid that has the contaminated water in it, but doesn't quite mean they are specifically drinking the water on purpose.

There were Thomasz Szabo and Nemanja Radovanovic that were indicted, but I don't recall hearing anything about their indictments being the result of a plea deal from Filion.

Sounds like you got an info chaffer there,someone who utilizes relatively open source info to either wilfully obstruct a case or to get attention. Pay attention to dates and press more on the cameras, find a way for the guy to admit he's recording his daughter.

I honestly see no future for this worthless fucker where he ever gets to rejoin humanity, if he was ever even a part of it in the first place. Honestly he should get the max on each count and all consecutive, but unfortunately, the prosecution is rewarding him for his cooperation, whatever that consists of (I hope ratting out more of these scum), by requesting a downward departure of two levels.

I haven't really done a guidelines calculation because they're pretty tedious to do and both sides are going to submit memoranda on the subject anyway. I hope the judge ignores both of them and throws the book at the little hapa faggot.
