I am actually not sure if Nick even knew at the time that the people that hacked and swatted Claire are the same people that swatted him, his daddy Juju, Ralph, and other allies. It was always suspected the swattings were connected, but the group behind it all wasn't identified as Torswats until much later (around the time the arrests started happening).

Had he known, maybe his response would have been different. He would have looked much better if he showed solidarity with Claire, as a fellow victim, instead of gloating.

In any event, trying to retroactively connect Nick to Claire's hacking and swatting is silly, and only serves the mouth breathing idiots sticking by Nick and chanting "fanfic farms."
