The war in Ukraine has made me feel like Russia isn't that scary anymore. I still think there's a very high possibility of things going south bad, but if Putin were to nuke Anchorage or something I can see America immediately leaving a hole that leads to the core of the Earth where the Kremlin was.

You'know a full nuclear winter probably isn't the best option. Things should be done the more reasonable and normal way... false flags!

Drop a little nuke on Chernobyl. I bet the containment shell is getting ready to collapse anyway. One little nuke would be cheaper than a real proper cleanup.
Maybe hit Three-mile Island too. Would have to get ol' Bill Gates a lucky Larry special insurance police first.
Rocketman could hit Fukushima if the norks and nips are up for it.
What else can we do some quick demolition on? What about that Pacific garbage patch? Could hit Lahaina Hawaii to fully wipe it out. There is that Arel Sea biolab. So many possibilities.

And of course a giant meatgrinder war should follow.

While it is fun to mock the Russians or the Ukrainians (depending on what strikes your fancy) in this pointless war, there are a lot of people who seem to really want to experience a nuclear strike in their lifetime, simply out of morbid curiosity and bloodlust, and the current conflict is just a convenient excuse for them.

I feel the same about those who really want a civil war to happen. I hope they simply don't understand what that would realistically entail, otherwise they would just be pure evil for wishing that upon anyone.

It's a similar situation where I live. The way I see it, at least all the terrible drivers in my area will suffer with me. And I'll get to observe if dying from fallout makes people somehow drive better. I'll be sure to write down my observations before I shit my guts out and die.

Just to be clear, who are you talking about here? Because Russia's missiles work whilst the last test Bongland did of its Trident system the missile came out the top of the sub and fell into the sea about 15m away.


I presume the US missiles do work, but that just brings us back to MAD. Well, honestly the USA probably would just sit back if push came to shove because WWIII will take place in Europe and Washington Neocons aren't willing to actually die themselves for the Europoors.

NATO has said it would respond by going after whatever unit and base was involved in the strike. If this happens, it is almost certainly going to be a tactical nuke, so, expect stealth bombers to blow up an air base and some parked bombers.

Two things everyone forgets:
1) If Putin will "end it all" if he does not get his way, then it's inevitable that he or his successor will piss baby the world into oblivion.
2) Words are cheap and Russia knows people are fearful of this. He's a fucking ex KGB spook, he knows mind games very well.

I really think Putin is fearmongering everyone.
