I want this to exist for posterity as an easy to find reference for Null on TDS. I was listening to a 2020 MATI with PPP and Josh mentioned that this appearance was one of his first and I want to leave this thread with an actual working link for the next guy who might want to put the pieces together.

Joshua Moons first appearance on the Dick Show, and perhaps his first voice reveal online (afaik) Episode 33 of the dick show podcast.

Fine. I'm not guaranteeing this is accurate. I've attached a ZIP file with a single URL for each MATI episode I have that should work, I've omitted archive.org as they require a login.

You can feed each year text file through "yt-dlp -a XXXX.txt" and go away for a long long long walk.
Obviously you can tune the formats or other yt-dlp options to your liking/needs.

I didn't figure out a good way to make date names for each file so I also included a summary.txt which has
date|cleanfilename|expectedfilename|url
cleanfilename is what I rename stuff to for the transcription project so it has no unicode or "funny" characters in Unixland
sometimes depending on the URL the file type on the expected filename may vary from the one I downloaded
You can use this file to script rename files to more friendly names if you want, left as an exercise for the reader.

I thought about making a torrent or 3, but dealing with multi-hundred-gig torrents sounds like a pain in the ass.

I feel like the best alternative would be to open a stream and collect super chats to read. Then record a full show locally and post it here and send copies to the known archive channels to post. Sucks to not have chat interaction live, but would still be able to get super chat revenue and have that segment at the end without interruptions.

Davids877 see my post above for the CSV that I put together. If you use yt-dlp you can download the entire channel without having to sift through everything. But that also means you will download dups cause one gets banned and others just get vid bans.

Having to work with schizo homeowners that change their mind after you have finished the job and expect you to eat the cost while threatening you with lawsuits is never fun. Just get a job at a lumber yard. Stacking wood, unloading trains, loading ships, bullshitting with the boys, long hours, good paycheque, stable employment.
