Victor Markhoff / Ana Victoria Markhoff / vvictorman_uel - Powerchair faker pooner, has every illness, allergic to Krebs cycle, bed mayo enjoyer, kicked out of house and mental hospital, constant ebeggar, applesauce heiress paid to yeet her teets

The way she infantilizes herself and projects that on her professors is so weird, her professors do not give a single solitary shit that she’s leaving the house today and I know they’re counting down the seconds every time they have to encounter her and her over sharing, leaky asshole.
She has the mind of an incoming freshmen because that's essentially what she is, developmentally frozen forever in that time. She last remembers her private high school teachers who didn't just teach but tard wrangled her.

Ominous foreshadowing!

She's also begging for hundreds of dollars to buy her magic specially compounded meds because she will die if she takes the kind that cost six bucks at CVS.

Tinu supposedly died of cancer, right? Ten bucks says while she was at the "homegoing" she heard about some symptom Tinu was once experiencing, and has now decided she has cancer herself, because when it comes to copying other people's illness symptoms Victoria is basically Kirby.

She will doom post about it endlessly for 3 weeks and try to fundraise to get some sort of biopsy, and then never mention it again, just like she never mentions the supposed urgent medical emergency that brought her to New York.

Edit: Reading it again, it seems to be info she found out earlier which she then referenced at Tinu's homegoing. So my prediction is the same, except that now I think that Victoria attended an online remembrance ceremony and used the occasion to hint that she has cancer herself. Lovely.

Ah, sounds like she chose "going out" over going to school, in spite of missing it oh so much.
University: famously, a place with absolutely no people or social interactions

Anyway, of course Vicky immediately has begun researching occult tethered cord, which partly is diagnosed through urodynamics
I subscribe to the hypothesis that she has secret fetish content and some sort of scatological fascination. She is so gross. I will admit to a brief laugh reading your comment first because I had never heard of urodynamics and the word is funny, but looking it up it immediately made sense why it is what it is and how important it is for helping people. It’s not dignified but a lot of being actually sick or disabled is not dignified—you do what you have to do to stay alive and relatively well. Her being so dismissive and puerile is gross and doesn’t really lend her much disability cred, now does it?

she comes across as incredibly entitled and it's very clear she's not interested in doing any work
her professors have a lot of students and do not have time to be thinking about her
Like @behindyourightnow also said, there’s a snowball’s chance in hell her profs view her as anything other than a gnat. If they do notice her absence, they are probably relieved she is not there to be a smelly nuisance.

If it's a medical issue, three weeks sounds like a lot for getting test results. Most blood test and tissue samples / biopsies takes max a week and often less to get the results from. Maybe genetic testing, those can take a while.

But those are (at least in my corner of the world) pretty fucking expensive (talking from experience). We all know she's getting allowance from parents but surely not enough for genetic testing? Is Medicaid (or whatever insurance she's on) covering them?

It varies by state, but it seems Medicaid in New York will cover genetic testing for Lynch Syndrome and BRCA at least, provided you meet certain criteria.

Sorry that's from 2015, but that was the first thing I found, and I can't imagine they would have revoked coverage since then.

Medicaid in NY has changed a bit due to the pandemic (was expanded, now being reigned back in) but it's pretty hard to find an updated and explicit list of what is and is not covered, the coverage lists are pretty vague - whatever you found is probably correct though, most of the changes post-pandemic are eligibility related (for now at least). To my knowledge straight medicaid (not medicaid managed care) may cover pharmacogenomic testing but it does not cover other gene testing in the absence of certain criteria, as you mentioned, and even then you can get screwed if insurance or the provider decide retroactively that the criteria you previously met were not actually sufficient. Gene testing for meds is way less expensive than comprehensive testing though, so if she's getting a more complete genomic test, she either meets the criteria enough for medicaid to seek risk reduction through secondary prevention, medicaid is partially covering it (they do have co-pays for stuff that isn't fully covered, like some lab testing, but its limited to a maximum of $50 per quarter and $200 per year, and once you exceed that limit you are exempt from copays) or someone else is paying for it, either directly or indirectly through her lil allowance.

Or, and this is always my favorite option here, she's not getting any new testing, nothing is going on at all, and these vague and ominous sounding tweets are part of the larger attention-seeking fantasy.

"...am prone to anaphylaxis without them"

The "MCAS" insta/twitter/tiktok trend has spread like the plague and infected young women.
These buffoons think that they are allergic to the world, to the point that they overdose on benadryl and demand multiple epi pens...it's social contagion and absolute nonsense.

Still think my favorite is electrolytes send her into anaphylaxis so she needs special treatment at the hospital, but if you searched her feed for desperately needing Gatorade it comes up over and over.

Poor Vickie, suffering in silence.
Well technically Tweeting doesn't make a noise, except typing.

But fucking hell, she lacks so much empathy. IME knowing someone you love has something going on but you don't know what, it is way worse. Someone I really loved had a cancer that eventually killed her. Seeing how much she was suffering when we didn't know what it was was much more difficult than after she'd had her diagnosis. Once she was diagnosed, she started getting appropriate treatment, and we could actually know what to do to help her last months be comfortable.

People who love you want to help, by being vague with them you make them powerless to do that. I do have doubts that Vicky actually has anyone like that, given she's pushed her family away and seems to constantly behave insufferably.

Lmao, that's right she claims she is deathly allergic to the colonoscopy bowel prep.
Such a shame for her that she can't keep her lies consistent. Funny for us though.

I know this is OT (but not really, because Vicky is the embodiment of virtuous victimhood) but I read an interesting article today: Virtuous victimhood as a Dark Triad resource transfer strategy.
Some of you might enjoy reading it, too.

I’ve noticed an increase in the last couple of years or so of patients describing themselves as “empaths” who are always on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse - but after assessment it’s pretty obvious they’re the ones with a raging personality disorder. Tbh it’s such a tell that the assessment is almost redundant, especially if they also use the term “medical gaslighting” in that first visit. I actually don’t mind personality disordered patients, except the self anointed “empaths”. They’re never interested in getting better, only validation.

I see this pattern in so many cows, and I love the farms for spotting them again and again!
