Frank: I would like Burt to win just because I feel like he's been the most entertaining I don't know, he's maybe the best fishtank contestant ever.

Frank: In terms of content. I don't know if it'll happen.

The fact that Frank straight up got gay molested by Burt multiple times and still wants him to win and also called him the best fishtank contestant of all time. I think that says a lot.

Half the house/staff has gotten sick every major season so far.

I mean yeah, I can see it. Burt is the undisputed content king of S3, which probably means of all FT since I assume this show grows ever larger with each season.

I know, some people get tired of the schizo stuff really fast but most people seem to enjoy it. There's a reason why he's nearly at 13k endorsements, fairly close to equal to all other contestants in the house (including freeloaders) and I don't think it's because they're thirsting after BBC.

I can only imagine how much $ Burt has generated through TTS and SFX, probably a mountain compared to Binx's plushie collection. The reason? He's very engaging. More engaging with the audience by far and in ways that are entertaining, not just "uwu thank you for the plushie squeeeeeeeeal"

Of the final 4 only Payton and Binx have somewhat decent endorsement collections, and let's face it. Payton gets hers mostly from having a pretty face and there's a lot of sweaty guys who thirst at the idea of grooming her into a straight GF/ tradwife.

Binx? She's Temu Josie. Cheaper, faker, and more busted up looking and I don't even like Josie.

Then there's Simbal who's the least fan liked, but he seems hardened. Neither Frank nor Mizzy like him, so I very much doubt they'd discuss him winning but I think an ideal final now would be Burt v Simbal, and I'd be fine with either winning. Burt for providing so much entertainment, and Simbal for seemingly shrugging off the dislike.

I look forward to discussing this in detail after the season ends. Burt has two major strengths and two major weaknesses that stem from these strengths imo. The first strength is that he is probably the best Fish we've seen when it comes to content generation in a socially isolated setting. He's a schizo, so when he is alone he will continuously spiral without any prompting, and with prompting he can spiral even more. The flaw here though is that he can be repetitive. He will do the same shit over and over again, resulting in a kind of diminishing content returns. We get used to it basically. Paypigs are also very uncreative, so they aren't able to break him out of his dialogue loops consistently.

His second strength is that he thrives when given a partner/friend. Ted, Alex, and Frank. These Fish became the center of Burt's world and he became infatuated with them. Since they were their own people with their own desires and trains of thought they kept Burt on his toes and away from dialogue loops. Watching Burt "fall in love" multiple times and doing crazy shit to get some of that love reciprocated will never be repetitive because it's high effort, the resulting content varies on the relationship, and it's a satisfying time sink. The downside to this is that (with the exception of Ted) these people were also content oriented. Frank is Frank and knew what his job was going in, and Alex was enough of a spaz on his own to keep Burt engaged and interesting. Ted is an exception because the show was new and we hadn't gotten used to Burt's dialogue loops yet, so we didn't need the unique flairs Alex and Frank bought to the table in terms of content dynamics. We no longer have content driving Fish for Burt to hit it off with.

Ever since Frank left, Burt has fallen back into the same habits we've been seeing for four weeks now. None of the remaining Fish are mentally ill or morally corrupt enough to push him to the next level. Unless some new rivalries form and house dynamics shift Burt will remain an above average contestant rather than the GOAT worthy contestant that we've seen him be.

He's still like a top 3 contestant though.
