Spoony has rich parents and an enabler brother who will at least give him a dry bed to sleep on until his 60s at least. You'd rather sleep on the streets than that?

I mean... if he does go get a real job somewhere, how would any of us notice? He might have one now and we wouldn't know unless he rants about it on social media. Why does "start somewhere" mean he has to return to YouTube? I think a better start would be getting a real job and his own health insurance.
I don't get how people have held out hope that Spoony would be the prodigal son of YouTube and return to his rightful throne of being 40+ years old and screaming about childish shit that is also 40+ years old? Is there really a shortage of fucked up losers on YouTube who would be dead if not for human benevolence? Do we need another?
How can you respect or even care about the opinions of a middle aged man who couldn't work a single shift on fries without shoving his head in the fryer?
I'd rather be homeless, thanks. It's not the work itself, but the clients you have to deal with.
If he did then I think he would be eventually noticed by someone who recognized him.I mean... if he does go get a real job somewhere, how would any of us notice? He might have one now and we wouldn't know unless he rants about it on social media.
Actually, I've been. Not in US, so I've been spared the Skid Row experience.Never been homeless, huh?
Doesn't Noah have a Computer Science degree? He could be doing freelance programming or website development under a different username which would allow him some anonymity. If he did then I think he would be eventually noticed by someone who recognized him.

He hasn't done shit in that industry in damn near 20 years now, except for occasionally trying to call crap out on twitter a couple times and getting shot down by people for not knowing wtf he's talking about. Had he used his degree to start a career when he got it, that would make sense. If he had been doing freelance work under another name this entire time, he wouldn't have had his house in Illinois foreclosed on and need to move back in with his brother back in Arizona.Doesn't Noah have a Computer Science degree? Talk about customers who are now more unreasonable these days. Many people don't have the patience to handle a fat cunt who orders too many and then decides to change orders making the thing even more confusing. I can't blame you though. I'd hate to work in a place like this.I'd rather be homeless, thanks. It's not the work itself, but the clients you have to deal with.
he got his computer science degree in the early 2000's. its wayyy out of dateDoesn't Noah have a Computer Science degree? He could be doing freelance programming or website development under a different username which would allow him some anonymity.
Not in this job market. Software dev jobs have decreased by 30% since 2020 and layoffs are rampant. If people with years of experience who can avoid sexually harassing their coworkers are having trouble finding work, Spoony doesn't stand a chance.Doesn't Noah have a Computer Science degree? Fair point. I was more meaning that he could be doing some now rather than the whole time he was sperging about Xcom at cons and stuff. He hasn't done shit in that industry in damn near 20 years now, except for occasionally trying to call crap out on twitter a couple times and getting shot down by people for not knowing wtf he's talking about. Yes he could decide to go back to studying, get up to speed, and start a career doing that. But considering we know his work ethic basically since he was in college, do you really think he's capable of that at this point? I'm not asking if a grown man in his 40s with a career gap spanning his entire adulthood is capable of that, I mean specifically Spoony.
I don't think he could keep a night shift job at walmart a secret, let alone having kickstarted an entire web dev career without saying something to give it away at some point. Especially when as mentioned, layoffs for that stuff are at an all time high so you've got an absolute glut of people in the market to take up freelance work who could also show proper portfolios, and that's before looking into hiring someone from India, eastern Europe, etc for dirt cheap. If it were someone other than spoony, sure it'd absolutely be possible to try.Fair point. I was more meaning that he could be doing some now rather than the whole time he was sperging about Xcom at cons and stuff.
I don't think he could keep a night shift job at Walmart at all. He's never actually worked a job in his life. The first time someone made him, he bailed immediately. He's full of unearned ego, Dunning-Krueger and oppositional defiance disorder.I don't think he could keep a night shift job at walmart a secret, let alone having kickstarted an entire web dev career without saying something to give it away at some point.
Computer science degrees have a bit of a lifespan, but not as much as one might think. The basic logic to it hasn't changed.he got his computer science degree in the early 2000's. its wayyy out of date
There's a reason for that, and it isn't "just because". People who get a degree in their 20s, get a job with it, and start a career gain experience. That experience becomes far more important as you build a career and that's where you actually build your resume. Especially once you start hitting 40 and even 50 if you can show a positive career no one is going to give a shit about your schooling in most fields unless you've actually hit a position with some prestige and the place you're working at can kinda brag about it in a way, but even that's only going to apply to something from a prestigious school. Spoony isn't in a position for any of that. Like I said, he's got a damn near 2 decade gap in his work history to try and explain away unless he goes full delusional idiot and thinks his spoony experiment crap would be worth something in the content creation field somehow(but even that would be back-end work, not as a face in front of a camera).GPA and date of degree fall off as factors when you're over 30. Just how it is. I don't think he was going into development ever anyway.
He's too famous to fake a resume, that's his real problem. Everyone fucking fakes their resume. Experience and all that is basically hearsay in the end. They can't call your priors and demand how you did. It's all a joke. There's a reason for that, and it isn't "just because". Just to expand on this. Software dev is slowly getting outsourced to India, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Why pay the average College graduate from a US Public university 6 figures when a guy in Bangalore with 5 years of experience would do the job for 5x less? Not in this job market. Software dev jobs have decreased by 30% since 2020 and layoffs are rampant.
