I had thought about this. I am sure Ralph is worried about maintaining his Mexican crack shack while he is trying to clear up his yet undetermined sentence for this misdemeanor contempt charge, but at the same time, he has no idea what the punishment will be. I saw this, PPP actually realized he said it wrong, but Andy kind of just talks over him at that moment, because someone in the comment said that Melton accidentally confessing on September 11th was the first good thing to happen on 9/11. However, Ashton says a couple times that he read it wrong, meaning it should've been November 9th, it just gets talked over and they don't really go back to it. So, while I think he should have maybe more clearly corrected it, it really doesn't ultimately matter or make things better for Melton. Some people were making the same mistake on the Cracket's thread the other day.

If I had to guess how the Melton scenario resolves, is that even if the police don't go after him, Aaron's lawyer will apply pressure to get him to flip, which if he's not an absolute brainlet, he will. I think police very well might pursue, but its always a coin flip when you're in butt fuck nowhere. They might go hard at him, because they think that, "you're never going to pull that shit in their county", and some will write it off as tard on tard violence.

I think the issue is that there are all those pending cases with Ralph and Nick so they won't mind bringing Melon on board as the third Stooge. I think messing with these courts there etc... probably pisses them off and watch the link to the melton/karl show today I posted melton is basically baiting the cops in it.

If Aaron's lawyer is smart, he'll find a way to leverage this situation and put some form of a restraining order on Melton so he never opens his pedophile mouth to say the gross shit he says about Aaron and his family. But that'd kill Melton's show, which would be a benefit to society.

This is IF we don't get to a point where Melton's devices get seized and the law enforcement find certain types of material we think he probably has. If that happens then it doesn't really matter how much he cooperates, he's fucked. I don't see a situation where Youtube would allow a hypothetically convicted pedophile to stay on the platform to say the gross "jokes" he's said about actual children.

He deserves the guillotine and his own stupidity is causing it. He deserves much worse and he's lucky he got away with it as long as he did.

It's not actually a federal warrant. It's a state warrant that can be served anywhere in the U.S. (or conceivably Mexico if Minnesota is actually willing to bother with an extradition for a misdemeanor).

Also it isn't for witness intimidation, it's for contempt of court for the Gunt restreaming a hearing involving Aaron, where the judge stated during the hearing that doing this would be contempt of court, then Gunt did exactly that and mocked the judge while doing it.

Also if he has a restraining order you think he keeps his youtube and x accounts.
