Look at that gun on the right in the picture, above the degenerate tied to the bed who is above the other degenerate under the bed.
The tub by the gun says “Airsoft” so it’s probably just supposed to be an airsoft gun.

That is a dude; a pooner would never shave facial hair like that, the makeup would be understated on an "ftmfemininity" type, and the arms are particularly masculine.
