To include context on this second domestic violence charge it might stem from this leaked phone call from someone calling Austin's father Scott after Austin had gone missing for 2 days, and we found out he was checked into a mental facilty. He was arrested on October 26, but the incident date is October 19, likely the date of this very call.

If he is doing proper rehab then we won't be hearing from BMJ for some time. And if the rehab is successful he won't be gambling either upon his completion.

If he is doing a silly 1 month program then sure, he will be back in a flash, but I'd hope for his and his families sake he is going to a proper 6-12 month program.
