From what I saw people talking about on TVA, Gumpai is known for doing utterly retarded shit like this, seems like sort of a DSP/Bossmanjack kind of Vtuber where a lot of people who follow her only do it to watch her fuck up constantly. The other part of her fanbase is deep into her GFE shit apparently.

When looking into the matter as community notes shows.
It appears the creator makes vtuber plushies for fans and had a few excess ones from the materials he was offering to fans.

Gumpai was upset they weren't getting a cut of it...

All of Phase and a lot of big indie tubers are coming out in support of the guy. Which is nice to see. He's going to be busy with making plushies probably for half a year now.

I just am jaw dropped at how dumb gumpai is going after some dude for making 4 plushies of her and wanting to sell them.
And then they doubled down on it.

I have never seen someone get two community notes on one post before.

I snagged one of Kusa's overrun plushies from another project a while back for my desk. Quality punches way above the price point if this one is anything to go by.

Insanely retarded own goal by Gumpai to pick a fight with a fan artist, especially one who has gained so much traction and positive interaction with girls orders of magnitude larger. Those community notes are gonna leave a mark.

It hurts Gumpai's and It hurts UWUmarket which is going to be selling her shit in one day's time (lol).
People are trying to cancel her over saying the N word and other shit when they don't need to. There's a perfectly good reason to cancel this whore right here. Look at how she's attacking credible artists over 4 plushies.
