Yeah man, the thread exploded after the community feature. You're one of the more informed newcomers out of several who signed up for this thread. The used lab equipment market is great, but flow hoods are difficult to find and pipettes cost like $500 per set. All my equipment was cheap or free, the consumables are the expensive part.

@Sober the Serg suggested is very likely to inhabit a shithole on par with the troons themselves. I actually do have a functional lab bench and a great laminar flow hood with integrated UV sanitation, and just ordered a new prep table to replace two smaller ones. I could easily produce troonshine approximating pharmaceutical quality, but that's an incredibly poor use of my time.
